When I first started Sage Events, I offered full service planning. I had so much fun but quickly discovered that I THRIVE in the actual coordination of the event. The day-of rush, getting to bring your vision to life, being able to experience so many different wedding vibes since they were all planned by different people!! I officially made the switch from wedding planning to solely month-of coordination and haven't looked back! Sage Events is perfect for the couples that have done the tough work of finding the vendors and designing the day the way they want it. All that's left is to let me & my team take over for the last stretch.

Our services are ideal for the couples that have their wedding planned already but need some extra help making sure the day runs smoothly and stays on track. This service typically starts 2 months before the wedding day. Our coordination package includes: - Vendor management for 30 days prior to wedding - 2 check-in / detail meetings - One lead planner & 1 assistant at your event - 1 hour rehearsal walk-through - 12 hours of coordination on your big day - Unlimited email communication

Description

The package for the couples that have their wedding planned already but need some extra help making sure the day runs smoothly and stays on track. This service typically starts 1 month before the wedding day. Ideal for those couples who are getting close to the finish line and ready to pass the baton! Includes lead planner & 1 assistant. This package does not include decor set up and teardown. These are a la carte services added for $150 each.

    Absolutely Incredible Wedding Planner!!

    We absolutely loved our experience working with Sage Events! Camryn is incredibly organized, knowledgeable about the wedding industry, and supportive. Camryn went above and beyond to ensure my wedding weekend was completely perfect and stress-free. Throughout our year and a half of planning, Camryn continuously communicated with us- answering all of our questions, providing advice, and went above and beyond working with our vendors. She is incredibly creative and detail-oriented. On the day of the wedding, she was on top of everything, allowing me to fully enjoy my wedding day. I am so incredibly grateful to Sage Events, and could not recommend their wedding planning services more!

    The Perfect Day

    Camryn is the most organized and supportive wedding planner out there! Her communication was professional and quick! She is adaptable to your needs for your special day. She took care of the little details that made a big difference! She was helpful in answering any questions we had. On the day of, she made sure that each element of our wedding went smoothly.
