Wild Arrow Events

For our wedding, we utilized very few additional services as my career requires me to plan and host events/dinners for 900 guests. So I went into the wedding preparation pretty confident with my capabilities to pull it off on my own. I soon discovered that I needed some additional oversight. Paige and Wild Arrow Events to the rescue! Paige was on it. She assisted with our website, program, calendar of events and gift tags for content, verbiage and layout. It is so easy to overlook misspellings, alignment, punctuation, etc. when you look at your creations for too long. She caught things that were very blatant and would have been embarrassing if they went out to my guests. She made wonderful suggestions that I never would have thought of ask guest to be seated by a certain time, menu details, parking details, etc. While I have experience in events, not so much on weddings. Paige knows the ins and outs. We had our wedding at the Elms hotel in Excelsior Springs a historic and beautiful hotel, but there are some different things to consider at this type of venue. Plus, we also did a brunch wedding, while wonderful, is not as common. So the communication and flow really needed to be clearPaige was a step ahead of at all times. Paige also assisted with coordinating our decor and those little touches of welcome bags, cake boxes and guest gifts. I am so pleased with her services and her attention to the tiniest of details as that what made the difference to us and our guests. She will tackle the largest aspects of your wedding but also the smallest. It was a comfort to have her professionalism leading up to the wedding and the day of.
