Big Time dueling pianos in Kansas City MO. books many different types of private events and public events every weekend. Big Time is a trio; 2 piano players and a drummer and all of us sing. Drums are always included at no extra charge. We're an all-request show playing a variety of songs from the past 60 years consisting of dance-pop, rock, country, hip-hop and rap. Our show can be up to 3 hours non-stop. We can also provide DJ service at no extra charge. We have all the necessary PA equipment to accommodate up to 300 people. Big Time dueling pianos always includes a drummer at no extra charge. Other dueling piano shows either charge extra for a drummer or don't hire a drummer. It's noticeable when there are no drums. Drums provide impact and songs are easier to dance to when there is a drum beat. Also, Big Time strives to offer the most reasonable rates while offering the same level of talent and entertainment compared to the large piano show companies. Big Time provides an energetic party band vibe similar to a party band.

Yes!
Usually 3 hours before the event begins if playing for a private event.
Yes, we learn new songs often. If a client requests a certain song and gives us enough advance notice at least a week ahead of time we will learn the song.
For private events our dress attire is business casual to formal. No t-shirts or jeans at private events. When playing bars we dress casual.
Yes, we can provide music either playing live or playing DJ recorded music for the ceremony or cocktail reception. One piano player if playing live.
We play a variety of genres and styles consisting of dance-pop, rock, country, some blues, some jazz, some hip-hop and some rap.
No sales tax for our dueling piano show. I can provide an invoice and receipt to clients as well as a W9 tax form.
Depending on how far we travel to play a show, we charge a $100-500 fee if we travel outside of the Kansas City metro. Usually a fee will start to be applied if we travel more than 75 miles from Kansas City.
