“All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. “Delaney and her assistant Keziah went above and beyond to make sure our day was nothing short of magical! They made sure we ran on time (easier said then done with a bride who is late for everything), made sure we looked perfect for every photo, and most importantly made sure we had fun all night! It felt like there was nothing these ladies couldn’t do! They even managed to wrangle a bat that had flown into our bridal room and got it safely out the window! During a season that can feel overwhelming, that kind of communication is everything. We planned a destination wedding in Hawaii on a tight budget, and Zoe made it feel effortless. She gave us vendor recommendations we never would have found on our own, was completely transparent about costs, and constantly helped us make smart decisions that elevated the experience without blowing our budget. She has a rare ability to design weddings that feel deeply personal and atmospheric, not “cookie-cutter” or Pinterest-copy, but actually reflective of you as a couple. “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating.
