From custom tabelscape design, intimate coastal elopements to large celebrations, I have a vast amount of experience with weddings and creating the perfect day for any couple. I pride myself on being a calm and reliable presence for my couples so that they can feel supported on their wedding day and throughout the planning process. I absolutely love what I do working with couples to bring their dream day to life and be their support.

    I thoroughly enjoyed collaborating on the table and event design with Kelly for my wedding. Kelly and I had many discussions about the designs I wanted for my vintage inspired event. We started with me creating a pinterest board and after getting a feel for my style, Kelly created me a gorgeous moodboard with a fun color palette inspired by my floral selection that really elevated the space of our venue and guided me through the executing other details of design table numbers and selecting bridesmaid dresses. It was very satisfying to see all the elements come together and compliment each other. This really speaks to Kelly's attention to detail and commitment to making my wedding beautiful! If you are not sure where to start in terms of design elements Kelly has an impressive stock of decor and materials needed, so we did not need to worry about outsourcing napkins, chargers, flameless candles or bud vases for our tablescapes. She also has many wonderful examples on her social media! I truly appreciate the variety in Kelly’s designs and how she tailors her creative process and product to her clients vision and desires (definitely feels customized/not cookie-cutter). She did a great job utilizing and arranging all the rental and personalized deco I provided, while also making sure all items were handled with care and accounted for at the end of the night. Kelly is well versed in local vendors and really helped us out with helpful recommendations! We are an out of state couple from California so we truely appreciated her helping us select a wonderful team of vendors for our special day. She also went out of her way to pick up our printed orders and flowers for us! Kelly was also great at making sure any loose ends with vendors were addressed after the wedding. We appreciated her standing by us throughout the entirety of the process

    I am an event photographer that has worked along side and seen Kelly in action for many years. I have seen her do bigger events where there was 100s of people as well as smaller elopements that include travel. She is one of the most organized event coordinators I have met as well as the most kind. I recommend her as one of my top resources for my wedding and event clients. I always feel confident that my clients will be happy with her services. I highly recommend her and would book her myself for my own wedding. Five stars!
