From custom tabelscape design, intimate coastal elopements to large celebrations, I have a vast amount of experience with weddings and creating the perfect day for any couple. I pride myself on being a calm and reliable presence for my couples so that they can feel supported on their wedding day and throughout the planning process. I absolutely love what I do working with couples to bring their dream day to life and be their support.

    Rogue Picnics and Events was the best wedding coordinator we could have asked for. Their communication was great - they were fast to respond, and extremely helpful throughout the planning process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was amazing. They set up a beautiful table for our dessert display and even took care of our dogs during the ceremony, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day. Seriously, the best wedding coordinator ever was so helpful and made our wedding day run smoothly from start to finish. We highly recommend Rogue Picnics and Events to any couple planning their wedding.

    Kelly from Rogue Picnics was everything on our wedding day. We don't know how she pulled it all off. She showed up with the most calming energy (which, let’s be real, is half the battle on a wedding day), and just handled everything. Guests? Handled. Vendors? Handled. Timeline? Handled. Us forgetting to eat or drink water? Handled with snacks and hydration on deck. She was in 10 places at once, making sure everything ran smoothly while also making us laugh and feel super taken care of. The whole day felt easy and seamless because of her... and that’s saying a lot for a wedding. Even when a couple of little hiccups came up like spilling drinks on the dance floor, she just swooped in, fixed it, and didn’t even let us worry about it. She made the whole thing feel effortless, like we were guests at our own wedding... and that’s the dream, right? Kelly's a pro, a total sweetheart, and amazing to work with! We love her.

    We could not have asked for a better wedding planner! Throughout the entire process, she was steady, thoughtful, and kept us moving forward with ease. She was also incredibly warm and kind, making us feel supported every step of the way. Where she truly shined was on the wedding day itself - her execution was flawless. She handled every detail seamlessly so we could be fully present and soak it all in. Truly couldn’t imagine doing it without her!

    We seriously cannot say enough good things about Rogue Picnics. We feel so full of love and gratitude that Kelly and Heather were part of our wedding day. They created something straight out of a fairy tale—more beautiful and perfect than we ever could’ve dreamed up ourselves (I mean, just look at the pictures!!) From the very beginning, they made everything so easy and stress-free. They planned every little detail with so much care, picked up our flowers and decorations, grabbed the food, set everything up and took it all down afterward—then even brought extra food back to our vacation home. Can we also have a moment to admire our wedding cake? (shout-out to @the_berrybar_co) Kelly’s cake recommendation was flawless, and all our guests were fighting over the last bite. Kelly also went above and beyond when it came to fixing some issues involving our dinner order. We know that so much work went on behind the scenes, and we’re just so grateful for the love and effort they poured into it all. Kelly and Heather, you are truly some of the kindest, most thoughtful and talented people we’ve ever met. You made our celebratory dinner feel magical, intentional, and completely us. We feel so lucky we found you—and we would absolutely love to work with you again for our anniversary dinner. Thank you for making our day unforgettable.
