“I've photographed weddings at a lot of beautiful venues over the years, but Froggsong Gardens is genuinely one of my favorites. The gardens are incredible. You can tell how much care goes into maintaining this place. Every little pathway leads to something different, and the variety of flowers, plants, and trees is pretty remarkable. As a photographer, I felt a little spoiled and frankly, I get bit overwhelmed on what to photograph because there is so much to work iwith. There were so many beautiful spots for portraits that I could have happily spent the entire day exploring with my couples. I also love how intimate the ceremony space feels, surrounded by all that greenery and color. It's beautiful without trying too hard, which is part of what makes it so special. I've been photographing weddings for two decades, and I don't say this lightly: Froggsong Gardens is one of the most beautiful wedding venues I've photographed. If you're thinking about getting married here, I'd absolutely encourage you to visit and see it for yourself.”

“We had our wedding at the World Trade Center and we could not be more pleased with our experience!! From day 1, the first person I interacted with, Linda Kress, treated me with a level of kindness and investment that was unparalleled when compared to the experiences that we had during our 13 other venue tours. Linda is amazing at her job and also simply an amazing person. She very quickly felt like a friend and went out of her way to provide us with so much additional wedding guidance based on her previous years of experience as a wedding planner. As the wedding got closer, we transitioned to working more closely with Camila Ormachea, who was also absolutely amazing and more helpful than we could have imagined. She coordinated all details with ease, was very responsive and accommodating, and was clearly invested in how our wedding was going to turn out. Forever thankful for both Linda and Camila!! We truly feel like we found a hidden gem in a sea of other beautiful but terrifyingly expensive venues. The actual venue fee is beyond reasonable - the greatest portion of the cost (which is still very reasonable) to hold your wedding here is in the food & beverage but let me tell you, it SHOWS. The food was unbelievably high quality and I believe is the thing that stood out to our guests the most, so many of them are still raving about it. That also includes the service, which was top-tier. Everyone working was very detail-oriented and did an incredible job of making sure the night ran smoothly from handing out champagne as guest arrived and flipping the ceremony space in record time, to a seamless plated dinner experience and beyond. I honestly felt so fancy during our wedding as a result of the service and the food. The room itself is also absolutely stunning and made for such a beautiful backdrop of our ceremony. The pics taken in the World Trade Center room itself turned out amazing, as well as all the pics that we took across the street on top of the attached Bell Harbor Conference Center. If you are looking for a wedding venue, I HIGHLY recommend that you choose the World Trade Center Seattle. I didn’t have to worry or think about a thing day-of and the venue and service absolutely surpassed any expectations I had!”

“The Ruins is like someone took all the cool bits of Seattle, threw in a dash of vintage Europe, and turned it into a wedding venue. From the get-go, the place just oozes personality. You've got walls with hand-painted murals that could have been lifted from a storybook – I’m talking vibrant colors, whimsical scenes, the works. And antlers. And trees indoors. Each room in The Ruins has its own thing going on. One feels like a swanky 1920s lounge, another like a secret garden. We had space to spare, so people could either kick back in a cozy corner or hit the dance floor without stepping on toes. The décor is this wild combo of eclectic and classic – it's like your great aunt’s house if she had more money than cigarettes and if she collected stuff from around the globe and had a killer eye for design. The library is amazing – shelves lined with books, a fireplace that makes you want to curl up with a novel, and this epic swooning couch. So, I might’ve taken inspiration from George Costanza – yep, I did a topless photo shoot on that couch. It was all in good fun, and the photos are a riot – a keepsake that breaks the mold of typical wedding seriousness, just like The Ruins itself. The food was great (but they let you bring in your own desserts so do so if you wanna save some money). The only, minor issue, is the bridal suite's location. It’s right by the kitchen, so it’s kinda like Grand Central at rush hour with the staff buzzing through. Note to brides: Swap it out for the library. Trust me, it’s much less busy (if darker) and you won’t have the kitchen hustle messing with your pre-walk-down-the-aisle zen. Honestly, The Ruins is the kind of place that’s perfect if you want a wedding that's a bit left of center but still super heartfelt. It’s quirky without trying too hard and intimate without being cramped. The whole day felt like us – not stuffy, just a big, fun, love-filled party. The Ruins has many nooks crammed with curiosities and corners begging for a photo op, it’s a place that feels alive. The mix of odd and elegant, the hand-painted walls that seem to whisper tales, the stuff like the enormous elephant (sadly, only in the back back room so only good for wedding photos not the guests) and the patterned horse and much more all adds up to a vibe that’s as unique as your weird cousin, the cool one, not the other one. The Ruins is like that one weird friend who's always got a story to tell and makes everything more fun. Having our wedding there was like a non-stop highlight reel – even with the bridal suite hiccup. It's a place for good vibes, great times, and amazing photos to start your weirdly ever after.”

“We would recommend the Virginia V to anyone who is looking for a unique, beautiful, and intimate venue! We had a 47-person wedding with about 10-15 volunteers working on the Virginia and 5 other vendors - that was a very comfortable size party for the ship. Alicia from the Virginia Foundation was extremely communicative, accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout our planning process. She was kind enough to give us multiple opportunities to come aboard the Virginia to see the spaces in person prior to the wedding. She worked closely with our day-of-coordinator to make sure the space was set up correctly. There are some limitations to the Virginia - smaller kitchen space, no open flames, no Command hooks/nails, not ADA compliant, and no open flame - however none of these were issues for us and our vendors were able to work around all of them. Our ceremony took place on Lake Union with the Space Needle in the background - Captain Doug navigated us deftly through the clusters of paddleboarders, kayakers, and speedboats. Our guests loved being on a dinner cruise during the wedding (with incredible Lake Washington and Mount Rainier views) and the crew was kind enough to allow some of our guests to come observe in the engine room while we were out. Overall, the Alicia and the team behind the Virginia V are fantastic to work with and the ship itself is a truly magical place to have your wedding. We highly recommend it!”

“From our first conversation with the Dockside At Dukes team, we knew they were the right choice for our wedding. Their responsiveness and support made the entire planning process smooth, and on the day of our wedding, they went above and beyond to take care of us. They kept our drinks full, brought appetizers and custom cocktails to our bridal suite while we signed our marriage papers, and handled parking logistics so our guests could focus on celebrating with us. Since Dockside is a restaurant, they had everything we needed already in place—linens, tables, chairs, food, and alcohol—which made planning so much easier. The views were stunning and the whole experience felt effortless from start to finish. We can't thank the team enough for making our day feel so special and stress-free.”

“We were married at MUCC in August of last year and it was perfect! The church space itself is lovely and looks wonderful in our photos. The sanctuary is especially beautiful with lovely stained glass windows. They also had plenty of space in another area of the church so that we could host our reception there as well. This was really helpful since we had many out of town guests who are unfamiliar with driving in the Seattle area. Beyond that, pastor Marci was really wonderful and met with us before the ceremony to talk about what we wanted. We felt really fortunate to find her, but I believe you can also have your own officiant which is not something many churches allow you to do. We also used their pianist for the ceremony music and he did a fantastic job. Overall everything was very easy and convenient, allowing us to just focus on the day. They are also a wonderful church that contributes to the community, definitely appreciate these folks!”
