136 year old historic venue in Seattle's art district, Pioneer Square. Our space is light, bright, airy and industrial. It is a blank canvas to create the special day of your dreams! We've created our space as one stop shop, and hope we can accommodate all of your needs for your day.

I use 210 for all sorts of events and photo shoots. The space is such a unique venue that you will get a look you can’t get elsewhere! The staff is great and easy to work with especially when you work with them often!

Taylor was so wonderful to work with from the beginning, to the end. She has an eye for design and making your day special and tailored to your own needs and aesthetics. We were so happy to come across this venue in Pioneer Square, and will definitely recommend it to all of our future peers getting married!

Yes, you will be required to bring a city of Seattle day of banquet permit.

We do not have on-site parking, but we recommend two garages that are within a block walking distance.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 30 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

Our venue is insured, however a day of liability insurance will be required with the venue as additional insured.

Yes! We do not offer in house catering, and prefer that all guests bring the catering company they desire. Outside alcohol is allowed with a city of Seattle banquet permit.

Due to damages in the past, we do not offer any AV equipment or speakers. We recommend using rentals through Pedersens or PNTA.

We offer just about everything when it comes to event coordinating, design, and florals. Send us some inspiration images and we will get you a quote!

You bet! We offer a blank canvas style space that way you can let your imagination run wild, and create a day that is top notch.
