About this venue
The Lookout is a boutique, intimate venue in West Seattle featuring a private, tree-lined backyard with sweeping city views. The style blends natural Pacific Northwest greenery with a clean, modern, elevated backyard feel. The space is ideal for 20–60 guests and is perfect for micro-weddings and small celebrations. The vibe is relaxed, romantic, and secluded—like a peaceful retreat in the city, with a focus on beautiful scenery, flexible layouts, and a warm, personal atmosphere.

The Yard
With a tree lined view of the skyline!
Our backyard is a wide, open grassy space surrounded by trees and our resident dwarf goats—intentionally a little raw and ready for your ideas. It’s a blank canvas for everything from intimate weddings and receptions to birthdays, showers, and brand gatherings. With plenty of room to customize or keep things simple, it feels peaceful and tucked away while still being in the city—perfect for relaxed, memorable outdoor events.

Our indoor space features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that flows seamlessly onto an extended patio and deck. Large windows and open sightlines showcase an elevated “lookout” view of the backyard and Seattle skyline. The layout is warm, bright, and flexible—perfect for cocktail hours, intimate dinners, and small celebrations that want a comfortable, scenic, indoor-outdoor experience.

Baby Shower
We hosted a baby shower at The Lookout and it was absolutely perfect. The view is incredible, the trees were so green and beautiful, and the goats were such a cute and unexpected bonus to say hi to. The open-concept layout made everything feel easy and welcoming, and the space felt thoughtfully updated without losing its cozy, relaxed vibe. It was the kind of place that made the day feel extra special and effortless. Highly recommend for an intimate celebration!
