Venue review
The Hyatt was a beautiful location and stunning in the summertime. The staff there was really helpful in making sure the event went smoothly. I highly recommend choosing this venue as your wedding location as you cannot only enjoy the beautiful outdoor atmosphere in the Seattle summertime, but also retreat to a cool and beautiful inside room or ballroom for your reception events
One of our Favorite Venues to Work With!
KP Style Events has been in the wedding planning and coordinating business for over 5 years and Caroline and team at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington are one of our favorite vendors and venue teams to work with. South Asian weddings require a lot of attention to detail, and the guest counts are often quite large, but Caroline and her team have never let us down. Their professionalism and responsiveness are like no other and our couples and their wedding guests are always in awe of the final outcome. It's no wonder that we keep bringing our brides and grooms back here for venue visits and many of them end up moving forward. We love the relationship that we have with the Hyatt Lake Wash and look forward to many more events together!
Gorgeous venue with amazing staff
We had our wedding on 8/28/21 at the Hyatt and it was everything we envisioned! Originally, our wedding date was 7/18/20, but due to Covid, we had to of course push it out. I had a new Hyatt contact, Katie Clark, and even though she wasn't the original contact I had met with, she really picked up everything without skipping a beat. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and she really blew me away with her communication, organization, and ability to adapt to changes. I miss working with her! On the wedding day, the entire day was seamless and I never felt that I had to panic. I knew our wedding was in great hands. Katie and the Hyatt staff did so much behind the scenes to make our day run smooth and special. From the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception, and the end of the night, everything was perfect! The venue itself is really gorgeous with the water views and big glass windows. There are so many great spots for photos whether it be on the grand staircase, on the dock, or the front of the hotel. It's just such a perfect location. The food was absolutely delicious! I had so many people come up to me and tell me that they food was really good. The appetizers during cocktail hour were unique and there was a lot of variety to choose from on the menu including late night snacks. The beef tenderloin entree was super tender. Compliments to the chef and staff! I had some additional requests that the venue was able to accommodate and Katie helped me with all the logistics to make sure we had what we needed. I really felt the effort that they put in to make my day what I wanted it to be. I have nothing but good memories of my wedding day and I owe it to the venue and the incredible staff. I highly recommend anyone who is considering the Hyatt Lake Washington location for their next wedding. It was worth every penny!
The Best Day Ever!
The Hyatt offered a complete wedding package that allowed me to focus on other things! Like my dress! Caroline Grace was AMAZING! She understood my needs, saw my vision and made it all come true. The staff knows their product, their team, and what and how they do best. Beautiful property with an amazing back drop. The chef prepared a perfect dinner for us. Loved the one-stop shop package from set up, to food and beverage to selecting the cake. It truly was our Best Day Ever!
