Hi! My name is Sam. I'm a nature-loving, coffee-craving, binge-watching Los Angeles native. I’ve been photographing weddings since 2013. I know my way around and can help you maximize your time to its fullest. And I guarantee that we’ll get some awesome photos in the process!

My style is clean and punchy. It harmonizes brightness and dimension with bold and true-to-life color. I love to incorporate luminous light and surrounding scenery as much as possible. I’m a big fan of showcasing how epic everything is. As for how I go about it, my philosophy is to stage naturally and to focus on the grace of the moment.

I believe that there’s a time and place for everything and that if we go in with a solid plan then we’re golden. On the day-of, I want to capture all of the joy and emotion AND all of the details and personal touches. I’m always on the lookout for those between-the-obvious moments. It’s really about anticipating and observing simultaneously, being in the right spot at the right time while also just going with the flow. And putting a little flair on it!
For sure! I am more than happy to help draft up a detailed timeline, from getting ready to the portraits to the last event of the evening. The schedule can be as specific or as loose as you like—and there’s nearly always some improvisation along the way on the day-of.
