Welcome! We’re Cassie and Maria, sisters-in-law and the duo behind Magnetic Moods. What began as helping friends and family plan special gatherings naturally grew into a shared passion for bringing people together through meaningful celebrations. From the beginning, it was clear how well our strengths complemented one another. Cassie brings deep expertise in event planning and production, while Maria has always been drawn to design and creative direction in its many forms. Together, we combine meticulous coordination with a creative eye to create experiences that feel intentional and elevated.

Our difference is in the way we work: boutique, personal, and meaningful. By keeping our client experience personal and intentional, we create space for genuine connection and a level of care that goes beyond the checklist. For couples who want support from the beginning, our Endless package provides guidance and hands-on assistance throughout the planning process. From finding and selecting your venue and building your budget to curating your design, researching vendors, and staying on track with a personalized check list, we’ll help bring your wedding together with clarity and intention.

Customize your Essentials package with additional planning, design, and coordination services based on your wedding’s needs and priorities. Our flexible approach allows you to add the support that feels most valuable to you, creating a planning experience that is thoughtfully tailored to your celebration.

The Essentials package is a flexible foundation ideal for the hands-on couple who wants to plan every aspect of their wedding but needs an expert to step in and manage the final details. Two months out, we take over vendor communication, confirm logistics, and coordinate the entire day - so you can relax, stay present, and truly enjoy every moment with your guests.

    Beyond My Expectations!

    Holidays have a special meaning to me for so many reasons. So when it came time to plan our annual Thanksgiving dinner, I really wanted to spruce things up a bit. I had never hired an event planner – – after all, I’ve always felt that an amazingly delicious Thanksgiving dinner was always enough. Well, that changed when I brought Magnetic Moods into the mix to take over the decor and overall ambience.
