Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I was really surprised. I was completely confident that everything was going well. I wish you had shared your feedback earlier and I would have tried to fix something right away. I'm very sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience, as your wedding day is incredibly important and I would never want you to feel disappointed. I just went though all your gallery. I see the photos from the shot list you provided (if you want I can create a list with numbers of photos related to each part): Groomsmen with groom Eli walking down the aisle Father's first look Groom's first look Cake cutting Etc... Your final gallery actually included more images than the amount promised. Regarding the airplane photo mentioned, only one such image appears in the gallery. If you want I can delete this shot, just let me know. As for the concern about medical equipment. I talked to Andrew (your photographer), he said the only moment it was moved was when your grandmother was holding your dress (this shot was in you shot list) so he could safely take photo (video). And so that the walker does not cover your dress while she is holding your train. The equipment was placed back with her immediately afterward. At no point was anyone's safety disregarded. During the weeks following your wedding, none of these concerns were shared with me. I truly wish they had been brought up earlier so 1 could have addressed them directly and worked toward a resolution. Just re-watched all RAW video footage, I never saw you crying anywhere. I care deeply about the experience of every couple I work with, and I'm always open to constructive conversation.
