About this venue
Froggsong Gardens is a private 17-acre garden wedding venue on Vashon Island, a short ferry ride from Seattle. For celebrations of approximately 80–150 guests, the estate combines beautiful outdoor ceremony settings with a covered pavilion, dance floor, and an air-conditioned building with five bathrooms. Our $14,000 venue fee includes exclusive use, furnishings, setup to your specifications, event-operations labor, cleanup, venue supplies, taxes and venue fees. Required in-house wedding planning and coordination is a separate $2,000 service. Honey & Harmony is our exclusive caterer; catering and bar services are contracted separately. With the setting, furnishings and experienced team already in place, couples can focus on enjoying their wedding. 2027 is sold out; we are booking 2028. Contact us to arrange a private tour.

Our covered dining pavilion brings guests together for dinner and celebration within the gardens. Tables and chairs, setup to your specifications, event-operations labor and cleanup are included in the venue fee. Catering and bar services are provided under a separate contract with Honey & Harmony.

Queen’s Garden
Exchange your vows in a beautiful garden setting.
The Queen’s Garden provides an outdoor setting for wedding ceremonies and photographs within Froggsong’s private 17-acre estate. Our in-house planning team helps arrange the ceremony layout to your specifications. Use of this garden, ceremony furnishings, setup and cleanup are included in the venue fee.

Dance Floor
Celebrate and dance together in the gardens.
Our dance floor gives couples and guests a dedicated place to celebrate after dinner. Use of this space, event setup and cleanup are included in the venue fee. Professional music providers must follow our venue sound requirements, with all music ending by 10 pm.

Honey Locust Lawn
An open-air lawn surrounded by the beauty of the gardens.
Honey Locust Lawn offers an outdoor setting within our private garden estate. Couples can work with our in-house planning team to arrange their wedding layout and guest seating. Use of the lawn, furnishings, setup to your specifications and cleanup are included in the venue fee.

A flexible event space for gathering and celebrating.
Frogghall is an event space available to couples celebrating at Froggsong Gardens. It accommodates up to 50 seated guests or 150 standing guests. Our in-house planning team helps couples arrange the space for their wedding. Use of Frogghall, furnishings, setup to your specifications and cleanup are included in the venue fee.

Beautiful Venue & Wonderful Team
Froggsong Gardens is a beautiful and unique wedding venue with gorgeous gardens that create an amazing backdrop for ceremonies, photos, and celebrations. The team is friendly, professional, and easy to work with, making the experience smooth for both couples and vendors. We always enjoy working here and would happily recommend Froggsong Gardens to couples looking for a beautiful wedding setting.

Was married here in August 2024. Two years later and people still send me messages telling me how much they loved the venue. It's obvious that the owners take great pride in their garden, as it's maintained immaculately and is full of local and exotic foliage. There were dozens of places to take beautiful portraits of the guests and wedding party and the staff on site were well-versed and professional, all around. I found this place by accident on google maps while we were looking for venues on Vashon. I had originally envisioned a venue with a view of Mt. Rainier, but I'm dead serious: this garden is a better view. The other benefit of the venue is that the flowers and ground-level splendour are bright no matter the weather—because yes, it did rain on our wedding, briefly. It's still the Seattle area. Check this place out. You won't regret it.
