I’m a Colorado-based wedding and elopement photographer, and I shoot everywhere from Europe to locally in Denver! My favorite thing about photography is capturing the candid “in-between” moments, real emotions, and when people bring their dogs to their shoots. I work with my clients to create memories that last beyond their wedding day, and deliver photos that capture the fun, romantic and timeless moments so you can re-live them for years to come.

First: I care! Your wedding is important to me – I want to be your friend, not just another vendor. Plus, when you’re comfy with me, the photos are even better. Win-win! I also studied photojournalism in college (go ducks!), so I quite literally have a degree in capturing candids. I pair that with a fun prompting style when needed so you never have to worry about what to do with your hands. My photo style captures all the unseen little moments (the big ones too!) and leaves you with photos you can FEEL to relive your big day.

    Kelsey was extremely organized and great to work with! Not only did she reach out ahead of time to introduce herself as a fellow vendor at a wedding we both booked, but made absolute magic happen with the flatlays and invitation suite I created for the couple.     Kelsey gifted us a truly wonderful wedding day experience the moment she arrived at the venue.     Kelsey is an incredibly talented photographer - she truly "sees" the subject of the photo. She understands their energy, personality, and their comfort (and discomfort) zones. Kelsey has the ability to capture these special moments in time in a photo, that when revisited/looked at after the event, take you RIGHT back to that moment. She is artistic, professional, and consistent with her art and business. She is always exactly where you need her to be, and extremely reliable. She puts the client at ease, even when being in front of a camera is not the most comfortable experience for most people! She is organized in her approach before, during and after the event but never too pushy or overbearing. She listens, observes, and performs at a very high level. Working with Kelsey was a dream, and I feel thankful to have worked with her. I believe the photographer is the most important vendor during the "wedding" process (engagement, wedding, etc.) and I struck gold with Sunbeam!!
