“We booked Music on the Move for our wedding and couldn't have been happier with our choice. From the very first email, they responded quickly to every question we had, which made the planning process so smooth. They really understood our music taste and created a vibe that was exactly what we wanted - the song selection was awesome and kept things casual even during dinner. It was a small intimate wedding. So this was just what we needed in a D.J. Cocktail hour with a special speaker he had, amazing. Since we had the cocktail hour on a different floor, it worked so well!! The uplighting they brought was a huge hit with our guests, and they were super accommodating when we asked them to adjust the timeline for some special requests. He had our entire list of songs, our wedding party names, and all of the little details we had discussed. You could truly tell how much he cared about making our night perfect. One moment that really stood out to me was when David came up to me during the reception to ask if I wanted a song that a guest had requested to be played. That small gesture showed just how professional and thoughtful he was. He wanted to make sure the music stayed exactly what we envisioned, while still making sure everyone was having the best time. So many of our guests came up to us throughout the night and told us how incredible our DJ crew was. David & Mike kept the energy going all night, and Tim on sax was AMAZING and brought an entirely different level of energy to the dance floor. Every song, every transition, and every moment felt exactly like us. We seriously wish we could relive this night over and over again. “HiMotive Entertainment & Photobooth did a great job keeping our wedding reception fun and upbeat. While their communication was a bit delayed leading up to the event, they were ultimately effective in executing on the day-of. The DJ kept the party going all night with a good song selection, though they did play 3 Taylor Swift songs in a row at the start, which we would have preferred more variety. The MC's ad-libs got a little overbearing at times, but overall they did a nice job sticking to the schedule and making important announcements. We'd recommend HiMotive to other couples looking for an energetic DJ.”

He did a great job running our ceremony AV and reception! He kept the mood fun and it seemed like everyone really enjoyed the music - including us of course :) He also was able to be flexible with last minute changes (communicating with us about them) even though he did a good job with planning ahead as well. “We had Daniel as our DJ for our wedding last week, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. From the very beginning, he was so easy to work with — relaxed, professional, and incredibly organized. His music platform made it simple for us to curate our ideal wedding playlist, and he took the time to really understand our vision — what we loved, what we didn’t, and the overall vibe we wanted for the day. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Daniel was so communicative and made sure we felt completely comfortable and confident before the big day. He even provided microphones for our ceremony (even though we had a string quartet for our ceremony and cocktail hour) and had the perfect lighting setup for the dance floor, which added so much energy to the night. “In today's world everything is extremely overpriced and service is terrible. My wedding was very stressful for me because of this. I did not have a DJ or a Photographer and honestly was considering just something small scale, until I talked to Ed from DJ Double E. I would give them 10 stars out 5. From the minute I talked to Ed it was a breath of fresh air from the million other outrageously priced DJ's. The price is unbeatable but that's not why I would recommend them. They are absolutely phenomenal and made my entire wedding. The music was perfect from ceremony to the last dance. They were so professional, so involved and so fun. We had a daytime (early) wedding. It is so challenging to get people up and have a good time at 12:30 in the afternoon, I was having meltdowns about it, they reassured me but had the entire place up and having fun. You didn't know if it was day or night. They helped us more than the attendants at the venue. Over 100 guests said how amazing they were. The pictures they took could not be any better. Any other DJ who had packages like this (photo booth etc...) were THOUSANDS, yes THOUSANDS, more!!! I really hate to admit but I'm not easily pleased however I would put my name on the line for DJ Double E after how they made my wedding. DJ Double E exceeded all my and my husband's expectations and -consider yourself lucky if you hire them for any event. I'll be calling them again!!!”
