Our venue had several different areas that all required separate sound setups, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception, and everything transitioned seamlessly. One of the biggest challenges was that our ceremony location didn't have electrical power, but Joe came fully prepared with a system that worked flawlessly. Every ceremony cue was timed perfectly, and hearing each song start exactly when it was supposed to made the ceremony feel even more special. Throughout the reception, Joe kept everything running smoothly. The sound quality was excellent, announcements were clear, and he did an outstanding job reading the crowd while also honoring the atmosphere and music we wanted. The dance floor stayed full all night, and we've had so many guests tell us how much fun they had. “Seth was the best wedding DJ that we could have hoped for! We first met Seth at a wedding vendor expo event at our reception venue and were immediately impressed by the quality of his sound system and his ability to mix the selected soundtrack live. Seth is very communicative. In our first meeting with Seth, it was already immediately apparent that he was very experienced and very passionate about making our wedding day special and everything that we wanted it to be. We felt very comfortable that he knew what he was doing, and on the day of the wedding he executed flawlessly. As for the preparation work, Seth schedules multiple meetings with you leading up to your wedding day which eases a lot of the nerves heading into busy planning season. Seth also has an app that you can download on your phone which is awesome because it allows you to edit details of your wedding day timeline and playlist on-the-go as we were making decisions during the planning months. On the day of the wedding, Seth came prepared having downloaded all the music that we talked about ahead of time and he kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT (over 3 hours). Seth responded to the audience and was able to mix a variety of genres that we had requested (like country, pop, spanish music, musical songs, etc) over various sets across the evening. He also coordinated our photo booth which was a nice touch that all the guests really enjoyed and had a second person stationed there for help all night. We couldn't recommend Seth enough to other couples who are in need of a DJ! Thank you, Seth!”

“Chris was absolutely amazing! From the start, he made sure we were both on the same page about the timeline and music, which made everything run so smoothly. He came prepared with backup plans for every possible scenario, which really helped ease my stress on the big day. “The Moon Units were an incredibly important piece of our wedding weekend, and weeks after the event we still have guests reaching out about how blown away they were by the band. They are an incredibly talented group of musicians, playing everything from Rush to Robyn and Steely Dan to Sir Mix-A-Lot. They were unbelievably good at working with and understanding the 'vibes' of my wife and I, curating an exceptional setlist that had something for every age and musical interest. Highlights for us included walking down the aisle to an acoustic version of "Champagne Supernova", and dancing at the reception to "Tom Sawyer", 'Bring Me To Life", "The Impression That I Get", and "Dancing on My Own", but they have a list of over 1,000 songs and can really do any sort of music you're looking for. They're professional, friendly, and talented, and my only regret is that we can't get married again to hear them play one more time. As one guest said to me at the wedding, "I've never seen literally every single person on the dance floor at a wedding before, but they had everyone partying for three hours straight".”

“Short version: We hired DJ Aeron from Bouquet sound to DJ/MC our wedding reception this May in Santa Barbara. I could not recommend Bouquet Sound or DJ Aeron in particular more highly. Bouquet Sound was fantastic to work with: transparent, quick to respond, flexible, and very reasonably priced. No notes, great experience. DJ Aeron is just next level. He was a blast to work with and a master of his craft. Once we spent about 45 minutes chatting about our shared music (and video game) taste on our intro call, we knew we'd found the right DJ for us. Aeron's MCing style exudes calm and command -- he's an expert and letting people know what's happening and where they need to be while keeping the mood light without putting the spotlight on himself. Aeron is also just an exceptional DJ, full stop. We shared a Spotify playlist with him a few weeks before the wedding to help him understand our general musical vibe, and he crushed it all afternoon and evening. Aeron read the vibes of the room perfectly, nailed my wife and I's musical vibe, and had some absolutely diabolical cuts and transitions. Aeron is just an incredible DJ and so fun to work with. This is far and away one of the easiest and best hires of our wedding.”
