“Sam was an AMAZING day of coordinator for our wedding, it would not have gone as smooth without her help. She is a wedding day essential! Booking with Simon was super easy, they are easily reachable by email. The food was great and everyone loved the tiramisu we had picked out for dessert. We also hired our DJ, Alex, through them and he was so fun and hyped everyone up on the dancefloor. Our bartender was even able to recognize everyones drink orders by the end of the night! “We could not have been happier with the service we received from Buckboard as the catering provider for our wedding. Right from the initial meeting Ashley, (Buckboard’s sales manager) gave us a personalized introduction and very friendly tasting. It was clear from this initial interaction that she cared more about our experience and less about just becoming one of their customers. The food was/is absolutely delicious. Every single item was cooked perfectly, and it was clear from the initial tasting that their chefs and cooks take genuine pride in cooking high quality meals that do not come off as “mass produced” like a number of other caterers in the area. We have lost count of the number of guests who told us during and after the meal that it was by far the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding, and this is reflective of the company as a whole. Ashley and JP (the Chief Operating Officer) were both present during the planning process, and worked with us directly to determine a menu that would be both wonderful for the guests as well as within our budget. When dietary restrictions were presented, Ashley and her team made the accommodations easy and care free, and provided options that were also delicious. She and her staff were so friendly and professional on the day-of that a number of guests went out of their way to comment on the crew. We cannot rave enough about the services we received from Buckboard Catering. To make matters better they also operate a full-time restaurant in El Cajon, which we plan on frequenting regularly when visiting San Diego. For prospective couples planning a wedding, choosing Buckboard as your caterer will not only put your mind at ease knowing the quality of service you will be receiving, but you and your guests will be absolutely thrilled with the meal you get to enjoy.”

What began as intimate meals shared with friends grew into the Inland Empire’s heartfelt one stop shop for Indian catering weddings and events. We use treasured family recipes, fresh ingredients, and thoughtful customization to craft menus that reflect your story. “From the beginning AnyThyme Catering was incredibly easy to work with. Jolene was quick to respond to emails and easy to set up our tasting with. Once we met Chef Lyss and Jolene in person( and tasted their food) we knew we wanted them for our wedding. They are clearly passionate about what they do and genuinely care about making their clients day stress free and a great experience. We chose their American BBQ menu for our 130-person wedding and it did not disappoint! Their team showed up on time and worked seamlessly with our wedding planner to keep everything running smoothly. Our guests raved about the food and loved the charcuterie boards during cocktail hour. The complimentary water and tea station is such a nice touch and was appreciated. we also didn't end up with tons of leftovers which speaks to the efficiency of their planning. On the day every staff member we interacted with was so friendly . AnyThyme Catering delivered incredible food at a fair price, and we'd recommend them in a heartbeat for any and all types of events.
