Bamboo Island Catering pride itself on three core values: Flavor, Presentation, and Vibe. We curate a rustic vibe using handcrafted wooden food risers adorned with beautiful greenery and colorful flowers, thoughtfully chosen to match any theme. GO & BOOK THEM NOW!!
We got married nine months ago and our guests still won't stop talking about the food from Bamboo Island Catering. Honestly, I have never tasted better food at any event in my life. Chef Princess went above and beyond for us from the very first tasting, which felt like dining at a five-star restaurant. She answered every question we had and walked us through all the details so we felt confident about our choices. The level of care and attention she put into our day was clear from start to finish. We would absolutely book them again in a heartbeat. I left some photos at the bottom, most of which are just from my 1st tasting with Bamboo Island. Forever grateful for their services.

Ms. Barrette is very attentive to details and takes pride in customer satisfaction. Her fusion of American Gourmet and Jamaican cuisines merges pleasantly bold flavors that satisfies any palate. Plating and presentation are on point.
