    Sam was an AMAZING day of coordinator for our wedding, it would not have gone as smooth without her help. She is a wedding day essential! Booking with Simon was super easy, they are easily reachable by email. The food was great and everyone loved the tiramisu we had picked out for dessert. We also hired our DJ, Alex, through them and he was so fun and hyped everyone up on the dancefloor. Our bartender was even able to recognize everyones drink orders by the end of the night! I would highly recommend their services to anyone wanting to book several vendors through one company.

We offer private tastings for $250, designed to give couples a personalized and elevated preview of their wedding menu. This experience includes the bride and groom and features a curated selection of 3 appetizers, 2 entrées, 3 sides, and 2 salads. Each tasting is prepared fresh and tailored to your menu selections, allowing you to truly experience the quality and presentation we bring to every event. Tastings are available by appointment only.
Yes, we’re absolutely able to accommodate dietary restrictions as long as we’re aware of them in advance. This allows our culinary team to thoughtfully prepare and ensure every guest is taken care of.
We tailor our communication to what works best for you. Whether you prefer in-person meetings, scheduled conference calls, or a walkthrough at the venue, we’re happy to connect in whatever way feels most comfortable. Ultimately, we meet as many times as needed to ensure you feel completely confident in your menu, timeline, and overall plan for the day.
We focus on quality over quantity, so we take on a limited number of events to ensure each receives our full attention and resources. Because of this, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date and allow us to fully dedicate our team to your event. Many of our clients hear about us and reserve their dates months, even a year, in advance to ensure they lock in their reservation.
Yes, we do! We actually own our own rental company, which allows us to seamlessly provide everything from tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, and more. This makes the planning process much easier and ensures a cohesive, well-executed event from start to finish.
Yes, delivery fees apply to drop-off catering services. For full-service catering, there is no separate delivery fee, as it is already included within our 15% service charge.
We proudly serve all of San Diego and Riverside County. For events outside of these areas, we’re happy to travel; many of our clients choose to pay a distance fee so we can bring our services to their celebration.
Yes, we do offer cake-cutting services. Our team will handle everything from cutting and plating to providing plates, silverware, and napkins for your guests. It’s just one of the many services we offer to ensure your event runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Yes, in most cases we have a 40-guest minimum for weddings. That said, we do work with smaller guest counts as well, many clients choose to meet the minimum and enjoy the added value of extra portions and leftovers.
