Executive Chef Tim Eylens executes his signature “low and slow” technique on barbeque classics including prime brisket, pork topped burgers, baby back ribs and his popular smoked meat combos.

We offer customized BBQ catering for any style of event. Whether you desire drop-off catering, minimal buffet attendants, or full-service, we would love to assist! We provide all necessary chafers, serving utensils, and buffet tables if needed. For your menu, you can choose between classic BBQ fare or a more elevated meal with hors d’oeuvres, prime meat selections, detectible sides and desserts.
