From start to finish, working with Curiocity Catering was smooth and stress-free. They responded to our questions quickly and made the planning process easy, which meant we could focus on other wedding details. What really impressed us was having the food cooked on-site at our venue—everything came out hot and fresh, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was. The whole experience felt seamless, from their arrival to cleanup, and the team worked like they'd done our wedding a hundred times before. We will definitely use them again for future events. We can't recommend them highly enough.

I have hired Jason to cater 2 events. My parents 80th birthday last October 2024 and my daughters baby shower November 2025. Both events were a huge success. Our guests loved his food. In fact I loved several of his items so much we asked him to duplicate those for my daughter's shower. Having a caterer bring their own kitchen to the event is not only convenient. It saves you having staff in your home or space which makes your party even more intimate. Jason's catering truck by the way is a fun installment to your party :))) People are very impressed by it! We hired Curiocity Catering for our nearly 200 person wedding. Not only was all the food delicious, but Jason and his team were very easy to work with. Excellent experience! Chef Jason McAllister is an amazing talent who will bring the tastiest gourmet food to your event. Very convenient food truck that executes the cooking and commences with an exquisite grazing station of hors d'oeuvres followed by an epic sequence of delightful tray passed entrees. As a vegan, catered events can be hit or miss for me—usually it means a sad plate of grilled vegetables while everyone else gets the exciting food. That has absolutely not been my experience with Curiocity Catering. I’ve been fortunate to have been to a few events including a wedding and a couple birthday party's they’ve catered, and I’ve been blown away by how thoughtful, flavorful, and genuinely satisfying their vegan options are. Especially the caramelized sweet potato slider with toasted potato bun and mustard grain truffle aioli. As someone who’s used to being overlooked at catered events, Curiocity has become the one company I get excited to see catering because I know I’ll actually eat really well. I highly recommend to anyone looking for wedding catering or any event for that matter with vegan guests to hire Curiocity Catering —you’ll make them very happy.
