We offer delivery and set-up to any venue, home, office, or winery of your choice. In just a few clicks on our website, you can choose your feast, add fresh greenery and eco-friendly tableware, pick your date & time and relax.

    stunning presentation & delicious

    I’m truly in awe of Gina’s set up at our wedding. We did a large charcuterie table and their team made it look so beautiful. Their team was so easy to coordinate with and they were super flexible with our last minute venue change. I cannot recommend them enough. Please hire this team, you won’t be disappointed!!

    The cutest appetizers

    The most creative little appetizers! We decided on the charcuteries cones for our wedding to make it easy for guests. These were so well crafted and displayed they made for a wonderful addition to our cocktail hour that really elevated the space. The cones came with rental stands to hold them & allow for guests to easily grab one to enjoy. All the guests couldn’t get over how incredibly tasty they were but also pretty to look at. These were the best way to satisfy guests until dinner. You can tell the company really cares about their craft and takes the time to make something meaningful.

    Grazing Theory is the best!!

    I’ve had the pleasure of working with Gina for over a year now and every time I do, her boards never cease to amaze me. Photo shoots, parties, weddings etc. Quality ingredients that are fresh and unique. Gina is very professional and also super FUN to be around!! There’s always something great happening at the shop.

We have a 24 hour advance policy for our large boards. Please book your charcuterie boards in advance for your event in order to ensure availability of product. Our mini charcuterie boards, wine by the glass/bottle are available during shop hours.

Free VAIL HEADQUARTERS kitchen pick-ups are available during shop hours.
No. We have a brick and mortar and you are able to pick up your boards during the shop hours. We do offer residential deliveries on Thursdays ONLY for $25 (15 mile radius from 92592). Special Event delivery & set-up is available, and is applicable to the 4 foot grazing boards, starting at $75.
Yes! All grazing boards are tightly wrapped and will fit on your car seat for easy transportation.
Our boards are designed to get your taste buds popping! If you do have a special request, please let us know in the special instructions box when you place your order. We do offer Gluten-Free options!
Yes! Set-up is included in the special event delivery fee. You may choose to add fresh greenery to use around the grazing boards that is arranged in an eye-catching way. We also have risers and 4 foot grazing boards which will be a showstopper at any event.
