Around January before our April wedding, we realized we needed help bringing details together and to have more confidence and support on the day of the wedding. Kat helped us organize our details and helped us bring our vision to life- all while taking the stress out of planning. She coordinated all our vendors and helped with aspects that we didn't know how to approach. She involved our families in very meaningful ways, both in the planning and up through the day of the wedding. The rehearsal and day of flowed so beautifully because of Kat's lead, and despite the inevitable stress, Kat helped us feel confident in ways we will continually be grateful for. I'm obsessed with Charlene! She was a dream to work with. She brought such professionalism to our hectic event. We were planning a wedding at a personal property, meaning we had to supply every single vendor and she handled everything amazingly. She wrangled the vendors prior to the day of and she helped me keep my cool during the stress of the morning. You can tell she's a pro at this! There were times I felt a little underwater in terms of managing an event I had no experience with, and her demeanor was so calming and she handled any last minute things. I can’t say enough good things about Jessica!! I feel so lucky that we found her for our wedding!! As our day of coordinator, she was extremely helpful from start to finish, from helping review contracts during the planning process to timeline planning & our rehearsal. Jessica made sure all the details were worked out in the contracts so I could not worry about anything on the day of the wedding. I am a bit of a last minute planner, and Jessica was always responsive & kind about my changes in plans :) She made our day run so smoothly despite pouring rain all day, even down to using a blow dryer to keep the bottom layer of my dress dry between photos and the ceremony! On top of keeping all of our vendors in order, Jessica & her assistant checked in on both my husband and I consistently throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed.
