She was born in the Philippines to a Filipino mother and a Puerto Rican father who served in the Air Force. At the tender age of three, she relocated with her family to Miami, where she has spent the majority of her life. Although she spent a short period during her teenage years in Seattle, Washington, she eventually returned to the sunny South Florida that she calls home. In addition to her experience as a former Polynesian dancer, Celeste is an avid football fan, with a particular passion for the Miami Dolphins.
