If you prefer we will happily work with the vendors of your choice. From Venue to Menu, and everything in between, you can rest assured every detail will be curated in a meticulous and stress-free manner, achieving your vision to perfection.

July 2026 Beach Wedding
As the mother of the groom, I was very involved in planning my son and soon-to-be daughter-in-law’s beach wedding in Florida. We were doing everything from 3,000 miles away, and the bride and groom had a specific vision for what they wanted their wedding day to look and feel like. I knew from the beginning I didn't need someone who was going to tell me what I wanted to hear about every decision. I needed someone who could actually execute. Someone who would listen to the couple’s vision, understand it, make smart recommendations, solve problems, communicate clearly, and then get things done. That person was Michelle. She is honest, straightforward, efficient, and she never makes a promise she can't keep. From the very beginning, I knew I could trust her—and that trust was invaluable when I was planning a wedding from miles away. I had never planned a beach wedding in Florida in July, and there were many things I simply didn't know to consider. Michelle guided us through all of it. She educated us about the things we needed to think about, helped us make informed decisions, and was always honest about what would and would not work. Most importantly, she listened. She truly understood what my son and daughter-in-law envisioned for their wedding, and she found a way to turn that vision into reality. She even found the perfect location—one that worked beautifully for everything we needed and ended up being exactly right for them. Her communication was outstanding. I always knew what was happening, what decisions needed to be made, and what was coming next. She checked in throughout the entire planning process and never left me wondering whether something had been taken care of. Then came the wedding day. Michelle and her team were outstanding. The setup was beautiful, on time, organized, and exactly what we had envisioned. She and her team worked seamlessly behind the scenes to make sure everything was taken care of so that our family could simply enjoy the day. And that is really what Michelle gave us: peace of mind. I believed in her 100%. I had complete faith in her, and she never once gave me a reason to question that decision. Every time something came up, she handled it. Every time we needed guidance, she gave it. Every time we needed something done, she got it done. Above all, Michelle cared about giving my son and daughter-in-law the wedding they dreamed about. She didn't lose sight of their vision, even with all of the logistics, details, weather considerations, vendors, and moving pieces that come with a Florida beach wedding. And she delivered. The wedding was outstanding. As a mother, there is something incredibly special about watching your child marry the person they love and knowing that the day they dreamed about actually came true. I am grateful to Michelle for the role she played in making that happen. If you are looking for a wedding planner, especially if you are planning from out of town, I cannot recommend Michelle highly enough. You don't just need a planner who has ideas. You need someone who can listen, guide, communicate, problem-solve, and EXECUTE. Michelle is that person. Thank you, Michelle, for your honesty, expertise, guidance, support, communication, and most of all, for making sure my kids had the wedding they dreamed about. We are forever grateful.

Beach Buddies was an excellent choice for our wedding planning needs. Their communication throughout the process was very good - they were responsive, clear, and attentive to our requests. The quality of their work and the value they provided was also very helpful. They met our needs in several key ways, such as giving us good options on decorating the venue to match our vision. Overall, Beach Buddies played an integral role in making our special day a success.

Absolutely Amazing!!! A
Beach Buddies saved my big day! I cannot express my gratitude enough to both Michelle and Miriam for going above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was one to remember! Our elopement ceremony followed by dinner on the beach turned into a wet mess thanks to hurricane Milton. But the show must go on and these 2 ladies drove to our hotel an hour away with a scrumptious 4 course dinner. They showed up with boxes of decorations and in short order had our sad hotel room turned into a lover’s oasis with candles and roses everywhere. Chilling champagne with a hearty charcuterie plate ready and waiting. Each course was better than the last, my now husband is still raving about the eggplant Parmesan and I’m pretty sure I’ve been ruined from being able to enjoy a regular chocolate covered strawberry ever again. To top the evening off, this duo is such an efficient and thoughtful pair. They heard our wedding photos are likely non existent due to the torrential downpour during the ceremony. They came up with all kinds of creative poses and did a photoshoot for us in the room. In no time at all we had an album full and they had packed up all their supplies and disappeared into the night. It was truly a magical evening! If by now you’re still on the fence, all I can say is go for it! You won’t regret it!!!

Easy Wedding!
My husband and I used the assistance of Beach Buddies for our wedding. They made it super easy and go with the flow, just like us. We decided to get married in our swimsuits and then get our wedding attire on for dinner. It was perfect. Michelle was great at giving recommendations for activities and dining in the area as well. Thank you Beach Buddies for making our special day super easy.
