    Megan Made Our Day

    We hired Megan Ramos as our day-of wedding coordinator for our wedding on October 24, 2025, in Miami, and she was truly invaluable throughout the entire process. Megan was an incredible source of support not only on our wedding day but throughout the months leading up to it. She was always available to answer questions, offer advice, and help us think through details we hadn't even considered. Every interaction left me feeling more confident and less stressed. On the wedding day, Megan was absolutely amazing. She coordinated vendors, kept everything running on schedule, handled countless behind-the-scenes details, and solved problems before I even knew they existed. Because of her, I never once felt like I needed to manage anything. My husband and I were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, and our family and friends could simply celebrate with us instead of worrying about logistics. What stood out most was the peace of mind she gave me. As a bride, it's easy to worry about whether everything will come together as planned, but Megan made me feel completely taken care of. She was calm, organized, professional, and genuinely invested in making our day special. I truly cannot imagine our wedding day without her. If you're considering hiring Megan, do it. She made our wedding experience so much more enjoyable, and I am incredibly grateful for everything she did to help make our day perfect.

    Megan Ramos is the planner you MUST have!

    I was fortunate enough to meet Megan at a wedding expo in October 2023 - 3 short months before my wedding on January 20, 2024. In that time, she planned an amazingly beautiful wedding for my husband and me that our friends still comment how wonderful it was to this day. Here is my “Top 10” list of my experience. 1. Organized: Megan embodies coordination, and thrives on timeliness and accuracy. She kept everyone inline, and kept me sane. 2. Professional: I easily entrusted Megan with the most important day of my life. 3. Thorough: No detail was overlooked, and Megan’s follow-up skills were exemplary. She laid out a minute-to-minute schedule for our reception including when my husband and I would eat. 4. Resourceful: Megan has someone for everything. DJ, photographer, makeup artist, florist, car service, table linens. I asked for cherry blossom trees for the reception. Megan found an excellent vendor, and made our reception look like a dream! 5. Insightful: Megan offers recommendations and suggestions to make timely decisions. 6. Creative: Megan designed and printed our invitations and programs, which were elegant and classic, as we envisioned. She is also an amazing florist, and arranged all the flowers for our ceremony and reception — bouquets, boutonnières decorations. She even constructed a bouquet during our ceremony from individual flowers collected from guests by our flower girl as she walked down the aisle for the bouquet I placed on the statue of Mary. 7. Personable: Megan and I were in contact with each other everyday for 3 months. And I am happy to say that we became friends. 8. Honest: Megan is great at focusing on practicality without losing sight of the excitement and beauty of the occasion. 9. Dedicated: From the time we met, my wedding felt like it was Megan’s #1 priority. I was able to enjoy every minute of the experience. 10. Oversight: The day of the wedding, Megan was able to be in 2 places at once! Well, almost. She and her team covered all day-of details. It was the best day ever. Plus, all gifts, accessories, and my bouquet found their way to our hotel room that night before we did!

    Best Wedding Coordinator/ Planner Ever

    I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Megan Ramos and Ramos Events for making my wedding day absolutely perfect. It all started less than two weeks before my wedding day and I began scrambling, I decided I needed a professional to help me with everything. I was referred to Megan Ramos and Ramos Events and I immediately reached out. As Megan answered on the first ring, I already felt comforted and found her to be a kind, professional. She agreed to take on helping me with my wedding even though it was only a week and a half away. She went out of her way to meet me that Sunday with an organized, detailed binder with timelines and information on how to finalize all of the things that needed to be done. She brought rentals from her own personal inventory of supplies to my venue, she made all of name cards for the tables, my seating chart and way more!! She was in direct contact with my bridesmaids, the groomsmen and every vendor all day so I did not have to worry about a single thing or person. She took on so much responsibility and wore so many hats on my wedding day so I could enjoy every minute.. something prior to meeting her, I was worried about! Megan became a dear friend to my husband and I and we will truly never forget how above and beyond she went for us!! (and made it all look easy too.)

    Absolutely amazing flowers!! Beautiful event!!

    Megan did a fantastic job on our wedding flowers. She listened to us and took our vision and made it into a reality!! From the bouquets to the centerpieces, everything she did was crafted with care! Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process. She made this part stress-free which is much needed during wedding planning. Highly recommend her!!

    Excellent!!

    We recently worked with Megan for a wedding at the Ray in Delray Beach. On 4/24/24. We couldn’t be more thrilled with her professionalism and organization. Megan and her team are absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend hiring them for all of your events, you will not be disappointed.
