    Our Beautiful Wedding

    My husband and I had Alexis do our wedding and she made it such a magical experience! She was so helpful along the way and really took the pressure off wedding planning. On the day of, she made sure both my husband I were happy and comfortable at all times. The decor came out better than we imagined! Alexis has beautiful creativity and we are so grateful for her. We would love to have her for another event!

Yes, absolutely! My favorite part about planning a couple's wedding, rehearsal dinner, and bridal shower is getting to know and walk with them throughout their wedding journey. By the time their wedding rolls around, we've built such a great relationship and understanding of each other. It just makes everything flow so smoothly.
Each package comes with a select number of virtual and in-person meetings. Outside of those meetings, I am available for my clients via email, text, and phone call as much as needed. Our communication tends to become even more frequent in the weeks leading up to your wedding day, even daily communication when needed.
No. I will only take on one wedding per weekend in order to give my full attention and resources to my couple that weekend.
The weddings I have planned/coordinated have ranged from 70-200+ guests. Some being more whimsical, spring weddings, and others more sophisticated black and white weddings. Each wedding is unique to the couple getting married, and that is where my passion truly lies-bringing each individual couple's vision to life in a way that feels personal to them. I have coordinated multiple weddings and fully planned a handful so far. When I started my business, I combined my experience and love of logistical planning (from being a corporate event planner for 5 years) with my passion for the more personal and aesthetic details of wedding planning.
Yes, I do have a team of qualified vendors I trust and highly recommend my couples to work with. However, I do not require my couples to use my vendors. I am happy to welcome your vendors onto the team.
For Full-Service and Partial Planning: 12-18 months out from your wedding date. Or immediately after booking your venue. For Day-Of Coordinating: 6-12 months our from your wedding date. Or immediately after booking your venue.
