My company was founded on the belief that exceptional service never goes out of style. Through thoughtful planning, proactive communication, and genuine care, we help create experiences that are enjoyed, not just attended. Creating meaningful, intentionally designed experiences has always come naturally to me. From hosting intimate gatherings to executing grand celebrations, I'm the person people turn to when they want something thoughtfully planned. I know it's a big deal to trust someone with these moments. That trust is never taken for granted. It's a privilege.

As a native New Yorker, I spent more than a decade leading global teams, driving strategic initiatives, and managing complex international operations. Along the way, I became known for putting people first, anticipating needs, solving problems before they arose, and creating experiences that felt seamless for everyone involved. While my career was built around helping organizations succeed, I found the greatest fulfillment in helping people celebrate. There was something special about being trusted with life's most meaningful moments and having the opportunity to make them even more memorable.

    When my husband and I found Sandra, the three of us immediately clicked from the first call. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and friendly. From the beginning of us working together til now a few days after our wedding day, she has been in contact, very progressional and responsive. We had a few experiences with other vendors who were less helpful once we finished paying them our balance, but our experience with Sandra was the complete opposite. Sandra’s effort and energy throughout the wedding planning, wedding day, and days after have been consistent. She always made the time to answer questions and help us. She was the main point of contact with all our vendors on our wedding day, ensured all of our biggest non-negotiables went smoothly, and helped us and our wedding party and vendors adhere to our timeline. She really goes above and beyond for her couples. We are so so grateful we worked with her for our big day.     I had the opportunity to work with Sandra for several years, and one thing I could always count on was that if Sandra was in charge, I knew it would be done right. She planned and executed everything from multi-day leadership meetings and corporate events to company celebrations, managing the details behind the scenes while making the experience feel seamless for everyone attending. As soon as you have your wedding date and venue! Even for coordination, booking early secures your date and gives you a trusted partner to turn to as your wedding approaches.
Your vendors are responsible for executing their individual services, but no single vendor is responsible for overseeing your wedding as a whole. Your planner/coordinator manages the timeline, vendor arrivals, setup, transitions and all the moving pieces in between. We also answer questions and handle unexpected issues behind the scenes, so you don’t have to manage the day yourselves. Think of your vendors as the players and your coordinator as the coach. Each vendor knows their role, but there needs to be one person overseeing to keep everyone on the same game plan and call the plays when adjustments are needed.
You’ll have access to us from the moment you book, with onboarding completed within 7 days. From there, the level of ongoing support will depend on the package you select. For Coordination, our hands-on work officially begins one month before your wedding. Prior to that, you’re welcome to send us something you’d like our input on, but we do not actively manage the planning process, vendors or next steps until the coordination period begins. With our Planning packages, we take a more proactive role from the start, leading the process, anticipating and managing next steps, and keeping your planning moving forward.
I intentionally take on around 15 events each year, typically including one or two international celebrations. My specialty is full-scale event production, building an event from the ground up. I love starting with a blank space or a vision and figuring out everything it takes to bring it to life, from layout and logistics to vendors, rentals, design, installation and the overall guest experience. The Ancient Spanish Monastery is one of my favorite venues to work with my clients at because of how flexible the options are to really create something that is yours.
We take on just one wedding per weekend, so when you reserve your date, the entire weekend is dedicated to your celebration. For weekday weddings, we block the day before and the day after, ensuring we have the time and availability to give your event our full attention.
Yes! Every wedding includes me as your lead planner/coordinator along with one event assistant. Additional team members are added based on the size, scope and logistics of your celebration. We also have bridal attendants, decorators and additional event staff available to make sure every aspect of your day has the support it needs.
Of course! We love helping our clients bring their vision to life throughout the entire celebration weekend. Additional events can be planned à la carte or added to your existing planning or coordination package.
Not at all. Our job isn’t to take over your wedding, it’s to take the work off your plate. You make the decisions that matter to you, and we provide the guidance, organization and execution needed to bring those decisions to life so you can enjoy the process.
The moment our clients walk in and see months of planning, endless vision boards, and the dream they’ve had in their minds finally brought to life, that’s our favorite part. We share a lot of behind-the-scenes moments on TikTok @experiencethesignature, but the reaction videos will always be our favorite. Being your partner throughout the process and then getting to witness that moment when it all becomes real is truly our why.
I spent more than a decade as a corporate executive leading global teams, and so much of what made me successful there translates directly to producing events: managing complex logistics, leading teams, anticipating problems, making decisions under pressure and keeping a lot of moving pieces moving in the same direction. Add in my New York roots, a little sense of urgency and my love for creating beautiful experiences, and you get someone who can dream it with you and figure out how to actually make it happen.
