“Summit Events was the perfect choice for our wedding entertainment! Having a fun dance floor and awesome music has been something that I have dreamed about forever. I was nervous to find the right fit and was so relieved to have found Summit Events. From the beginning, we ended up working with the DJ who would perform the night of. Chris Funkhouser (who seriously brought the funk!) was amazing to work with! During our consultations he was able to answer all our questions and concerns. He was able to put his swing on things from his experience to help provide the right vibes we were looking for. We pretty much already knew all the songs that we wanted to play so the program they used was perfect! It was detailed in the timing of the night, how long or short to play songs and any other special requests we wanted to have. On the night of the wedding, Chris was a blast -energetic, observant, and focused on keeping the dance floor alive all night long. He even joined us out there, helping to keep the party going strong! He was able to use his best judgement in placing some of the lighting and monogram details we chose which turned out great! We highly recommend Summit Events to any couple looking for top-notch entertainment for their wedding!”

“We had an amazing experience with Rod Bell DJ Services! We met Rod at the Philadelphia Wedding Expo and loved how flexible and customizable everything was. We booked DJ, photography, videography, an engagement shoot, and a second photographer, and the team worked with us to make sure we also received all of our raw photos and videos. Our wedding included many meaningful traditions and special moments, including a Vietnamese tea ceremony, jumping the broom, the horah, lion dancers with live instruments transitioning into DJ music, and a reverse anniversary dance. His transitions were flawless, and he even went above and beyond by helping our officiant before and after the ceremony.
