“We took on a lot of planning ourselves, and hired Rina to be our day of coordinator--or really month of coordinator--and out of all of our planning decisions, hiring Rina was one of the best decisions we made. Ahead of our first call, we sent a long document outlining the ideas we had--which she looked through and gave us useful feedback on as we considered what support we needed most. We had some unique ideas for how to do things our own way--and it was also clear from our conversation, that while Rina knows how to do a "textbook" wedding--she also knows how to listen to clients to help them make their unique vision a reality, even if that requires some creative thinking, crafting, or problem solving. When we did our venue walkthrough a month before the event, we sent Rina another long document, floorplan, and schedule the day before--and she once again arrived familiar with all of it. She had crucial suggestions, important questions we hadn't thought of, and proved again she was the right person to help us get prepared for the big day. That pattern repeated once more at rehearsal which was very efficient! The day of our wedding, Rina was punctual, professional, and in expert control running the show we had put together. She had already connected with all of our vendors, reviewed all the decorations we designed and how they set up, and was fully familiar with the timeline. When the inevitable surprises popped up, she was quick to roll with the punches--in a way that kept our plans on track! The entire event was not just beautiful, unique, and exactly the vibe we had envisioned--but it was also EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE, from set up to the paper lantern send off at the end! We are thoroughly impressed, and can't recommend Rina highly enough! She was our not so secret weapon. Let her be yours too! And make no mistake, while we had Rina as our month-of-coordinator--we would have absolutely hired Rina to take on the entire thing if we hadn't enjoyed planning so much (and even then, we couldn't have finished the plans without her input!). I will also say, having planned so much ourselves, it really made it very personal to us that the schedule we made, the decorations we crafted, and the timeline we envisioned were faithfully executed. It was so personal, that I thought it would be hard to hand off our cherished plan to someone else. Who could know it as well as us or care as much? But every conversation with Rina made letting go easy, because it was so clear she was listening to us, and understanding us. There is no one else we would've trusted with our plan except Rina.”

“I cannot recommend Maddy and Cass enough for someone who needs help on their big day! I was pretty set on planning when it came to vendors, however I was completely lost on the logistical aspect of the wedding day itself. Maddy and Cass were lifesavers in creating the perfect timeline with plenty of Plan B options (which we utilized for weather!). They were so thorough, responding with the most thoughtful emails to some of my silly questions. We hired them for "wedding management", but they did so much more than that. They had an intro call with us, came to my house & met my parents, went to our walk through, had another final call, and were with us from the morning of the wedding day until midnight. They thought of creative solutions for me to address vendors when things got a little hairy, and even offered to reach out to my vendor for me. The day of packet they created was unbelievable. A couple of days after the wedding, we received our raw video dump, and it is worth every single penny. I’ve spent hours reliving the day through all the behind-the-scenes moments she captured with our guests, family, and wedding party. She didn’t miss a thing. We can’t wait to see the short-form content she creates, but honestly, the raw footage alone already exceeded our hopes. We are genuinely obsessed with this team. “I hired Johnnie to plan a baby shower for my best friend. She was so instrumental when it came to bringing my vision to reality and helped elevate my vision further with her ideas and resources. “Working with Bre was easily one of the best vendor choices we made while wedding planning. Our wedding ceremony became a kind of “pop-up” style event and Bre rolled with every decision and last minute detail we threw at her. With her day-of coordination package, we were able to have 2 pre wedding meetings and a rehearsal the day before. I went into the rehearsal feeling nervous about how things would go and left feeling so reassured and excited! The day of the wedding Bre checked in with me and made sure things were running smoothly. I felt so calm and confident walking up to the venue knowing Bre was in charge and bringing our vision to life! The whole day went beautifully and I know it’s because Bre was working her magic behind the scenes. She stayed until the last moment of clean up and made sure all our personal items and gifts made it home with us. “Sarah and the rest of the Events by Rose team were the MVPs of our wedding planning process. From the start Sarah took time to get to know us as a couple, to ensure our wedding day reflected who we are. Sarah was always 10 steps ahead, thinking about every little detail of our special day.
