Where do i even start. As a bride I dreamed of a vineyard Wedding, but had such a hard time finding a place that actually seemed interested in the wedding day than Money. But when I met Muriel everything changed. Her and her team went above and beyond my Pinterest wedding board. They brought it to life and because of her and her team I will always recommend this place. From the tiniest details to the main wedding they took care of everything. And I mean Everything. They say to try to be present during your wedding day because it all happens and flys by so fast, Because of Muriel and her team I was able to do just that! I was so so so present, got to feel all the feels, all the emotions, the atmosphere, I mean I remember it like it was yesterday and that was all thanks to Muriel and her incredible team. The day of the wedding I got to see the place decorated for the first time… I walked in and was so in awe of all the tiniest details and even prettier details than my Pinterest board. The Victorian Belle was everything we dreamed of for our wedding and more. The mansion and gardens are absolutely breathtaking, magical, romantic, and full of flowers. During our ceremony, bunnies even popped out of the hedges to watch, which felt straight out of a fairy tale! The lighting in the reception tent was warm and enchanting, and the whole atmosphere made the day unforgettable. The staff were phenomenal from start to finish. They were kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was stress-free. They set everything up for us, kept us on track with the timeline, and even brought drinks from the bar without us having to ask. Communication was excellent throughout the entire planning process — Diana, the coordinator, was the friendliest, most helpful person we could have hoped for, always quick to respond and endlessly accommodating. As a bride in a wheelchair, accessibility was a big concern for me, and I can’t say enough about how thoughtful and inclusive they were. They rearranged furniture to ensure ease of movement, set up the bridal suite on the ground floor so I could get ready comfortably, and made every adjustment possible to ensure my day was just as easy and beautiful as it would be for anyone else. That level of care meant so much. The catering, which comes with the venue, was absolutely divine. Guests raved that it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. The staff let us fully customize the menu, including vegan options for things that weren't listed as vegan, and everything was delicious. They even packed up leftovers for us to take home, which we loved. Flexibility was a huge strength of this venue. They let us customize décor, set up special tables for speakers and a memorial area, and made the whole day feel like it was truly ours. Our guests are still telling us it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever attended, and we couldn’t agree more. If you’re looking for a venue that’s gorgeous, affordable, accessible, and filled with caring, professional staff, I can’t recommend the Victorian Belle highly enough. They gave us the wedding of our dreams.

Jason was amazing to work with! The venue itself was exactly what I was looking for (exposed brick, rooftop patio, even the bonus room was great for photos) his communication was 10/10, every question I had was answered right away and he even shared links if I was stumped (couldn’t find liability insurance) The venue was clean and set up for us exactly as we discussed so no unwanted surprises. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue this is a great place! It’s also nice the price didn’t break the bank!! I would recommend 100 times!

I have hosted, and decorated a number of events in this space. The PDX Suite Spot is spacious, with beautiful exposed brick walls and large windows to view the “Portland” sign from inside. This space has room for VIP’s, Kitchen, DJ’s and more. There are elevators to take you to the second floor or a stairway that leads up with no issues. The hosts are just as kind. and professional. Communication is always returned within a reasonable time frame. I have also witnessed the host help setup for an event when the coordinators were late. This is definitely the type of over and above service I am looking for when choosing a venue to host my events. I highly recommend The Suite Spot and hope you’ll give them a chance as well.

My wife and I wanted to get married in a beautiful space, but we didn't want to be forced into a traditional, religious ceremony. Sanctuary Hall was the perfect venue! It's beautiful, with stained glass, old wood, lots of space, even a balcony. It's a very old building, with a good feeling to it. As soon as we saw it, it was easy to picture our ceremony there. Steve was a joy to work with - he was super-accommodating, the paperwork was simple, and he offered us all the options we needed. Additionally, the price was far less than most other places we had looked at. There was a minister available if we wanted, but we chose to have an ordained friend perform the service, which worked out fine. Steve was willing to move around furniture, let us use whichever rooms we wanted for preparation, changing, signing of documents, and so on. There was also an organist – Grant – available for the service. He was also amazing to work with, coming up with arrangements of music for us. Everyone was able to meet for a rehearsal a few weeks before the ceremony, which helped things run smoothly. The actual ceremony was beautiful, with everything coming together as planned. They even rang the bell for us as we left the church :) I highly recommend Sanctuary Hall to anyone looking for an amazing space in Portland. Where to even begin with our review of the Evergreen and the amazing team that truly made our wedding dreams come true. My husband and I knew we wanted a true to Portland rainy day romantic wedding. The Evergreen brought to life every detail of our vision and was honestly everything we imagined and then some. From the incredible balcony and staircase, to the hardwood floors and the exposed brick, and the perfect Portland bar “Loyal Legion” for cocktail hour, the space is perfection and offered endless possibilities. The hard thing about endless possibilities is bringing them to life- and YVONNE helped us every step of the way. Outside of answering every email so quickly- Yvonne never offered anything less than thorough answers, amazing support to our vision, and endless incredible ideas and options- she really made planning our wedding FUN. I’ve noticed in the wedding industry when you share your vision it becomes set in stone and your team goes to execute it and that is that. Yvonne was patient through every hypothetical question and possible change- and truly made us feel like the space and the day was our oyster and she was willing to help us make it whatever our hearts desired. Our wedding couldn’t have gone any more perfect and we truly owe this to the evergreen- and Yvonne who guided the day perfectly. I am a planner through and through- and Yvonne couldn’t have been more of a saving grace and sounding light on our wedding day. Gabby being there day of was so helpful, she made sure to listen to anything that was asked even last minute changes to decor. It was perfectly executed and a huge reason was the incredible staff. The Hummingbird Hall was the perfect venue for our wedding. With only 45 people, we wanted to make sure the space would feel full. They gave us full private access to the space; and had everything we needed, including chairs, tables, and a beautiful mountain arch. Despite being affordable, the venue felt luxurious and made us feel special. We had the ceremony outside, the reception dinner downstairs, and our tap system and dancing upstairs, allowing a easy of flow throughout the day.
