    Where Wedding Dreams Come True

    Adeline Farms was truly the best venue we could have ever dreamed of. Muriel and her team made all of our wedding dreams come true. From the moment we met Muriel and Lisa for our consultation, we knew we were in great hands. They are incredibly kind and genuinely care about making your wedding perfect. You can tell the entire Adeline team takes so much pride in what they do, and the attention to detail was absolutely unreal. The venue itself is breathtaking—from Harold the tree to the rustic barn and the old farmhouse, every part of it is stunning. Calling this a full-service venue is truly an understatement. Thank you to Muriel and her amazing team for giving us the wedding we always dreamed of !

    Karen and Brian's Wedding Weekend

    I am the father of the bride. I have a fairly good appreciation for the time and effort spent by my daughter, Karen and Brian, planning for their wedding weekend celebration. Their vision was not uncomplicated and was considerate of all the family members and guests invited. Muriel and Jenny of Adeline Farms recognized their passion, appreciated their attention to detail and not only accepted the challenge, but exceeded expectations. The attitude of the staff also made a difference. I could see how ‘the team’ worked together and genuinely enjoyed contributing to everyone’s happiness. It has been two weeks, and my feet are still off the ground. When I first met Muriel, I was greeted with a big smile and hug, I wish to return that smile and hug!     Best staff, best venue and the BEST DAY EVER!

    We had our wedding at Adeline Farms and it truly was the fairytale day we always dreamed of. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by warmth, joy, and genuine love from the entire team. The staff at Adeline Farms didn’t just make our wedding happen—they made it come alive. Their energy and passion radiated through every detail, and it felt like they were just as excited to celebrate our love as we were. Lisa and Muriel—our incredible coordinators—were nothing short of amazing. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire process.     Woodland WA Gem - Adeline Farms

    Adeline Farms was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first reached out, the staff was personalized, sweet, accommodating, and incredibly detailed in their communication. This authentic farm-chic setting was exactly what we were looking for. The staff was amazing from start to finish and made the day seamless and special for everyone. Adeline Farms is a beautiful location close to the Lewis River, and Harold the Oak Tree was a stunning backdrop to our ceremony that also provided much needed shade for our mid-July wedding. We loved the ability to build out our package the way that suited us best, including preferred vendors, flowers, providing our own alcohol with no corkage, and not having to use an outside wedding planner. They did an outstanding job on the floral/overall decorations and made our vision come to life. In addition, we utilized the on-site home for two nights - hosting our rehearsal dinner there and the after party the night of our wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and highly recommend Adeline Farms to any couple looking for a unique and memorable wedding experience.

Yes, you can bring your own alcohol (served by licensed staff). Also, we do not charge a corkage fee.
Your booking is generally for full day use (9am-10pm on Saturday, 9am-9pm on Sunday), including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up.
You can choose your own vendors or pick from our vendor list. Caterers must be licensed and be on site. *No pot luck or homemade dinners.
That is what we love to do! If our planning services are added, we will either do all of the planning or guide you in the right direction. It is very nuanced and specific to each couple.
Yes! We have three main event spaces on our property: the barn, our east courtyard, and under our 600-year old tree.
Yes! We have indoor options for up to 80 guests. More guests can sit indoors if the dining room is opened early. We can discuss what that would look like. If we can’t hold the ceremony indoors, there is bench seating for up to 60 people at the ceremony site. It might be necessary to rent a tent for the ceremony site if these options are not suitable for your needs.
Yes, there is parking for up to 110 vehicles directly on our property at no additional cost! We work with shuttle services for larger events and we have overflow parking available.
We do! There are several options for lodging on-site: Farmhouse (sleeps 15) 3 Sleeping Cabins (each sleep 2) Festival Style Camping Field that is great for both tents and RVs
Yes. We have a room in the barn available. There is also a second space in the spa that can be rented. If the bride and groom lodge with us, the farmhouse offers plenty of room.
Yes! It can be as casual as a potluck at the Farmhouse or a full set up in the courtyard. There are several customizable options.

There is potential to book any day of the week with some discussion. Our regular wedding days: Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays
The venue security deposit will be retained if the event is canceled. Payments made in the calendar year prior to the wedding become non-refundable each quarter. Rescheduling is encouraged if possible.
Yes, we love dogs at Adeline Farms! All dogs must be on a leash at all times. There are a few restricted areas (such as the barn and farmhouse) but they are welcome in most other areas.
We generally don't hold weddings from mid-October to mid-May.
Yes, an event insurance policy is required.
Yes, our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
Our venue is located 24 miles north of the Portland International Airport (PDX).
We do not have more than one wedding a day unless you book one of our three or five hour weddings, then there may be another wedding after or before yours, but not at the same time. Also, if you lodge with us, there could be an event on a day that you are lodging. We do our best to keep events separated so that each group has privacy. The owners of the venue also live on the property. They give you your space and privacy when lodging at the farm, but you might see them working during your stay.
Yes, we have sound systems in the barn, the courtyard and at the ceremony site. We also have DJs that will do all announcements!
Yes, we have an in house florist team that can create magic or keep it simple! Most of the florals that you see in our photos are from our florist.
