Included in the rental fee is the full use of the house and grounds, as well as anything included in the wedding inventory document.
Wedding rentals are by the hour with a six hour minimum. Additional hours may be added on within the 10am-10pm timeframe up to 30 days prior to your event date. Hourly rental must include time for set-up and clean-up.
No. We do not provide staff to help with set up or breakdown. All setup and cleanup must be completed by the renter within the paid rental period.
