Hi! My name is Jess Hopkins, owner and founder of Say Yes With Jess Weddings. Say hello to your fun-loving, southern belle “fairy godmother.” Born just outside of beautiful Savannah, GA and raised in mountainesque Knoxville, TN, I have deep country roots and muddy water running through my veins.
