The best of the best!
Miranda Vega Events was the perfect wedding planner for our perfect day. Her communication style was detailed, timely, and direct, which helped keep us organized and on track throughout the planning process and on the big day. She was always honest, thorough, and genuine every step of the way. Miranda was the first person at the venue and the last person to leave, ensuring every detail was taken care of. There were a million "Ask Miranda's" throughout the day and every question was answered and every problem was solved. Our day really would not have been so seamless without her. I’m often told I’m the calm in the chaos and I honestly take pride in that. While I care deeply about the details, my top priority is creating space for you to be fully present on your wedding day. I always tell my clients "only do it if it brings you joy." From the months leading up to your big day to the evening of, I’m here to help you focus on what really matters, while my team and I handle everything else.

Depending on the size and complexity of your event, there will typically be 1 to 5 team members onsite. Every contract includes at least one event-day assistant. The final team size is based on your guest count, venue layout, and setup needs, ensuring we have the right support to execute everything smoothly.

I intentionally limit the number of events I take on to maintain balance and ensure every client receives my full attention. Currently, I book up to ten events per year. This allows me to stay present, energized, and fully invested in every celebration.

To give each client the attention they deserve, I take on a limited number of events per year. I recommend reaching out at least 9–12 months in advance for packages with vendor selection and design services involved. For day of coordination, 6 months is ideal. That said, if your date is sooner, feel free to inquire. If I’m available, I’m happy to chat!

Most communication happens through email for clear recordkeeping, but I also offer scheduled phone calls and planning check-ins as needed. I also always tell my clients they can text me as well. You can expect replies within 24–48 hours during business days. Leading up to your event, communication naturally increases to make sure every detail is locked in.

Yes! I’m based in Nashville, Tennessee but happy to travel for weddings and events. Travel fees vary depending on distance, overnight accommodations, and transportation needs. I’ll always provide a clear quote upfront so there are no surprises.

Absolutely. One of my strengths is helping couples make intentional, informed decisions that align with their vision and their budget. I offer realistic guidance, recommend trusted vendors, and help prioritize where to splurge and where to save.

I have a list of talented, trusted vendors I love recommending but I’m always open to working with new professionals! If you already have a team in place, I’ll happily coordinate with them to make your day seamless.

Yes, I carry full liability insurance, and I’m happy to provide documentation to your venue upon request.
