Oaks Pioneer Chapel is an intimate, historic and affordable wedding venue in Portland, accommodating up to 75 guests for a ceremony with close friends and family. Built in 1851, it is the oldest original structure church in the state of Oregon and by design, its warm wood interior not only reflects the true Pacific NW style, it also creates exceptional acoustics, fostering a truly shared and intimate experience. Non-profit community-owned and operated, OPC offers a year round rate of $1250 for a three-hour booking, including a one-hour rehearsal. We offer convenient packages as well as micro-receptions in our gardens during fair weather months from June-October. The chapel, just 10 minutes from downtown, is nestled in the charming Sellwood-Westmoreland neighborhood near the Willamette River, Sellwood Park, and Oaks Amusement Park, providing a unique and vintage-style setting for weddings and elopements. Introducing Rae Loft at the bakery building, a light and bright bohemian inspired event venue with beautifully restored hardwood floors, views to the East, architecturally inspired design, high arched ceiling, and plenty of cozy amenities. Rae Loft is the perfect event space for any intimate to mid sized gathering, meeting, or celebration. City Bridge & Tunnel is a hip industrial Cocktail bar serving craft cocktails and tasty small plates in a spacious downtown location. CB&T achieves four critical criteria for an ideal wedding after-party: 1)Nearby. Located downtown at SW 12th and Morrison St. mere blocks from the hotels your guests are staying at or the location of the reception. 2)Open late, later than the hotel bar or the hotel lobby/hallway guests tend to gather in after the reception. We’ll be able to accommodate guests until 2:30AM. 3)Unassuming. Guests who have been in heels, dresses, ties, and make-up to look perfect all day want to let their hair down. City Bridge & Tunnel has no dress code, no line to get in, and no Instagram competition. We’re a clean industrial bar with a fun crew and plenty of space for wedding guests to dance, let down their hair, and be as loud as they want. 4)Fun. We offer a complimentary bottle of champagne to the bride and groom and we will provide a live DJ until 1AM.

The Eastburn has been a Portland Neighborhood spot for 13+ years. A great Place to meet for drinks and a great meal. We have 3 separate areas to rent from our annex that seats up to 25, covered heated patio seats up to 40, combine the annex/patio to seat up to 60 and then or retro taproom bar in the basement that seats up to 90. This is a great venu for rehearsal dinners, showers, engagement parties, day after brunches or just an after party.

We've got options. Bar Carlo is a unique venue that has multiple spaces for mingling. Guests at the bar can spill out into the outdoor, covered space on our very wide sidewalk on a warm night while groups chat on our plush couches and others snack out of view. We even have a covered alley for overflow guests, kid's zone, smoking section, piñatas, dance party, you name it. With a full bar and kitchen, Bar Carlo is a perfect photo-ready relaxed steal.

There is a kitchenette with access to counters and sink however, no refrigerator access will be permitted. Elevator access from the street to allow easy loading and unloading. The Village Ballroom was established in 1909. If the handcrafted hardwood floors could talk, we would fill a library with stories from the gatherings and celebrations that have been shared within. The enchanting ballroom sits on the second story of the turn-of the-century building, and many of its historic features remain today, such as ornate radiators and milk glass light fixtures. Adjacent to the ballroom is a comfortable sitting lounge, as well as a bar/beverage service room. Every rental package includes use of our our tables and chairs, as well as our in-house sound system. With a 250-standing capacity and 130-sitting capacity, it can accommodate both intimate and large gatherings.
