This charming piece of history offers the warmth of a private estate without the worry of endless details. When you host your event at the Victorian Belle, every element, from the meticulously manicured 2.5 acres to the delectable cuisine, is unsurpassed. Oaks Pioneer Chapel is an intimate, historic and affordable wedding venue in Portland, accommodating up to 75 guests for a ceremony with close friends and family. Built in 1851, it is the oldest original structure church in the state of Oregon and by design, its warm wood interior not only reflects the true Pacific NW style, it also creates exceptional acoustics, fostering a truly shared and intimate experience. Non-profit community-owned and operated, OPC offers a year round rate of $1250 for a three-hour booking, including a one-hour rehearsal. We offer convenient packages as well as micro-receptions in our gardens during fair weather months from June-October. The chapel, just 10 minutes from downtown, is nestled in the charming Sellwood-Westmoreland neighborhood near the Willamette River, Sellwood Park, and Oaks Amusement Park, providing a unique and vintage-style setting for weddings and elopements. Oaks Pioneer Church is non-denominational and we welcome everyone here.

This was the most beautiful little church. Affordable, well-maintained, and so easy to make the space look gorgeous. We are not religious, but we just loved the inclusive atmosphere. To top it off, the staff were so friendly and kind!

We are a Private Event Facility situated on 7 beautiful acres, and we schedule events year-round. Our maximum capacity is 300 guests. Lakeside Gardens is both a beautiful and productive setting for every event. Evenings at Lakeside Gardens are gorgeous year round. At night, the grounds twinkle with lights lining the bridges and outlining the roof. White landscape lights encircle the lakes and charming outdoor lamps light your way for a romantic nighttime stroll.
