I did all my planning out of state and sight unseen, so I was definitely nervous to arrive and see all my vendors and decor when I arrived, but Adam and Brandon really picked up the ball and ran with it once I arrived to NOLA. They were so helpful the day before to help run last minute errands and we luckily got into the venue early to set everything up. My friend was officiating, so they helped with the timing of the ceremony and everything. The day of they did an AMAZING job in finishing all the decorating and helping to flip the space from ceremony to reception. Even before the wedding, they picked us all up breakfast and coffee which was so sweet. I was honestly so at ease the day of the wedding because they anticipated every need. The wedding planners here were very attentive and they basically helped me plan my wedding. Think of it like we planned my wedding together. The price was perfect too cause wedding planners are expensive. They even hooked me up with transportation and flowers for my wedding. “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!”
