“We hired Mostest for Day of Coordination and Something Borrowed Blooms Management. We chose our coordinator a month before our wedding and started working with her about 3 weeks ahead of the big day. We had an 87-person restaurant wedding at American Brass in LIC. Our DoC, Tea Shepherd, was incredible and picked up seamlessly all the things we planned for the wedding. I had put together most of the plans ahead of time, but she came in with suggestions and perfected all the details. I trusted her completely to run the day and also do all the decor setup. She made the venue looks so beautiful without much input from us as we trusted her vision. She coordinated with all the vendors before the wedding and during and they all had very positive things to say about her. She was so thoughtful with the preparations for the wedding and attentive to our needs. From making sure no small details were missed (like who's cutting the cake and tweaking our timeline to give us more party time), vendors arrived on time, had everything they needed a week before, and even breakdown (making sure everything was in the right box because we rented flowers). She even made sure we had a plate of food waiting for us after our first dance (as you know most newly weds rarely get to eat the day of but she made sure we did). I'm very Type A, so I had everything planned out, but they were lovely to regularly check in with and spit ideas off of and helped to refine my vision. I did all my planning out of state and sight unseen, so I was definitely nervous to arrive and see all my vendors and decor when I arrived, but Adam and Brandon really picked up the ball and ran with it once I arrived to NOLA. They were so helpful the day before to help run last minute errands and we luckily got into the venue early to set everything up. My friend was officiating, so they helped with the timing of the ceremony and everything. The day of they did an AMAZING job in finishing all the decorating and helping to flip the space from ceremony to reception. Even before the wedding, they picked us all up breakfast and coffee which was so sweet. I was honestly so at ease the day of the wedding because they anticipated every need. After everything, I can definitely say these guys are friends and I'm so happy we went with them because they really went above and beyond to help execute the most wonderful and stress free day.”
