“We got married in June 2024, and had Thaddeus as our DJ. Mackenzie took care of the photo-booth. Over the course of the 9 months leading up to the wedding I probably had 4 or 5 calls with Thaddeus to give him the general vibe we were looking for & work out details. He was professional, honest, and gave great feedback. We had many specific asks and Thaddeus made sure all of our wants fit into his plan. Once the party was going, we gave Thaddeus the creative freedom to do his thing & make sure our guests had a good time. He totally delivered. I absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ that can keep the party going! Mackenzie was great to work with as well. Empire State Events got more backdrops to choose from in the middle of our planning, so she gave me the option to switch! I’m glad we did, the eucalyptus backdrop fit perfectly with our vision. “If I could give Rob and his team 100 stars, I would. You spend more time with your photographer on your wedding day than with almost anyone besides your spouse, and that makes a huge difference. Rob and his team are exactly who you want by your side. They were so kind, so helpful, so calming, and just a joyful presence all day long. We needed a little help with posing, and Rob guided us in a way that felt completely natural. The shots he got are truly insane. We also had a huge wedding party (11 girls, 11 guys), and Rob and his team kept everyone organized and moving all day without missing a beat. I was seriously impressed that he even learned so many first names of our family and friends. Not to mention, every single vendor we worked with had nothing but great things to say about him. Our venue, The Erlowest, was gushing that we had booked Rob. He just gets along with everyone and clearly has an incredible reputation in the industry, and it shows in how smoothly everything ran. And the photos themselves? Incredible. We wanted true-to-color images, and wow, we'll just let the photos speak for themselves. “Justin was lovely to work with from the start. He was booked for another wedding, but he paired us up with Rob, an associate DJ of his. Both Rob and Justin were so so fun to work with. Rob took the time to text or set up whatever zoom calls we felt we needed. For the actual day, Rob was amazing. We had dinner service, reception, and "after party". Robs killed it with his flow between songs, and was incredibly accommodating and flexible if we had any requests in the moment, and was able to dodge or handle any "questionable" song requests that came his way. We knew that he always put my husband and I's wishes first. We also had multiple people comment on how good the DJ was during the reception, and after the fact! He also went above and beyond to pull heroics the day of to get some of our DIY spot lighting set up that wasn't set up the night prior. Rob was incredible to work with, and just as fun to chat with. Will miss working with them, but absolutely will be following their journeys and would use them again in a heartbeat! So thankful for Justin and Rob!”

“When we were planning our wedding we originally thought of just asking a friend to marry us. But after learning more about what a good officiant can offer we were incredibly happy to have changed plans and gone with Miriam! Miriam perfectly balanced being both professional and also getting to know us as a couple and individuals. She was very friendly and always a joy to talk to in our calls. The ceremony itself was not something we had given a ton of thought to, and weren’t sure exactly what we wanted outside of having a few concepts (short, secular, not too serious). Miriam was able to offer us advice, recommendations, and guidance throughout the process as we created our ceremony. From sending us examples of readings that fit our vibe, to explaining different unity ceremony ideas and helping us come up with one that fit us, Miriam made what could have been a stressful planning experience into a breeze. “We only needed to tour one venue, and it was Blenheim. After our initial walkthrough of the space, we were convinced that this was everything that we could want in a venue and then some. Having over 12 years of wedding planning experience, Min and Morten offered us assurance that our wedding day would be executed beautifully- and it was. “Seven ponds was an absolute dream for our wedding. The location itself is breathtaking and gorgeous. To The mountains, the ponds, the farm animals to the tasteful decorations, us and our guests were blown away by the beauty of this venue. Beyond being beautiful, the team at seven ponds farm were incredible. The team is really there for you the whole weekend and to help ensure your wedding is a success. We had several older guests in need of help, and they were driven by a golf cart around the venue which was extremely helpful. The food and drinks were amazing, our guests are still raving about the food. And Maria, was amazing. Our wedding was amazing, and our vision came true, and we couldn’t have done it without the support and help from the team here at seven ponds. “It’s hard to even put into words how much Normanside and its staff mean to us. I will rave about Normanside for the rest of my life, and I’m so grateful we chose them for our wedding. Starting from the very beginning, the person we owe the most credit to is Jaimie. She made the planning process seamless and helped all the stress fade away. She was available at any hour of the day (seriously, I’m not kidding!). I was always amazed by how quickly she responded, and then I realized that’s just who she is. From our tastings down to the very last moments of our wedding day, Jaimie executed every detail we asked for…and then some. She has an incredible eye for detail and helped make our reception absolutely gorgeous. If I could make a pocket-sized version of Jaimie and carry her around with me for the rest of my life, I would. The rest of the staff were just as amazing. Our families and guests had such a blast with our bartender, Rick, and seeing two of the younger staff members jump out on the dance floor later in the evening was such a fun surprise! Normanside never made us feel like a burden- everyone was enthusiastic, kind, and eager to help in any way they could. Our guys had so much fun golfing on Friday, and on the wedding day itself, we never had a single worry because we knew Jaimie and the staff had everything handled. The food, the venue, the service- everything was exceptional. To them, it may have been just another weekend, but they made us feel like our wedding was just as important to them as it was to us.
