We worked with Keith to plan our February wedding at The Palms in Miami, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better partner. He made the whole process feel easy and fun, and he really understood us from the start. He came up with ideas that were so perfectly “us” — like the Bravo-style confessional video booth and the coconuts with our names on them. Those ended up being some of the biggest hits of the night. Since we were planning everything from across the country, having someone we could fully trust meant everything. He handled all the vendor negotiations, and every single vendor he brought in was reliable, on time, and clearly loved working with him. On the actual day, Keith was unbelievably organized. Tahimy was so amazing. We hired her last minute when unfortunately we found out that our venue didn’t come with a day-of-coordinator when we thought it did. So we ended up having to look for one a month and a half before our wedding day. Tahimy stepped in and became more of a month-of-coordinator for us and really took so much stress off of our shoulders. She helped with big things like booking our servers and a coffee caterer. She coordinated with all of our venders and made sure everything would run smooth. She set time aside to answer any questions even late at night when I didn’t expect her to respond until the morning she would text me back. On the day of there was zero stress on me and she worked hard to make sure that if there were any hiccups, I didn’t even notice. My wedding day would not have been as magical as it was if it weren’t for her and I would recommend her to anyone planning their wedding in Miami. Thank you so much Tahimy, we love you!

My journey into wedding planning began as a wedding planner assistant on 2017. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of working with diverse couples, each with their own unique vision. Whether it’s a grand celebration or an intimate gathering, I believe that every wedding should be a true reflection of the couple’s love and personality.

We got married on 08/25/25 in Cancun. Hiring Karen Uscanga as our wedding coordinator/planner was hands-down one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. She is incredibly knowledgeable, unbelievably sweet, and so detail oriented that she was already handling things before I could even put them into words. I truly would not have made it through the planning process or the wedding day itself without her. If you think you don’t need a wedding coordinator or planner, please reconsider. Karen brought so many important details to my attention that I would have never thought of on my own. From coordinating with the DJ on exactly when to start and stop songs for walking down the aisle, to smoothly ushering guests from one part of the event to the next right on time. She had everything under control. Karen made the entire day feel seamless and stress free. I was able to actually enjoy my wedding because I knew she was behind the scenes making sure every single thing was running perfectly. If I had to do it all over again, I would hire Karen every single time in a heartbeat. I truly cannot thank her enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!

She kept me calm and made sure everything was fixed without any stress reaching us. They were also amazing with our families, stepping in to guide everyone and keep things running smoothly throughout the day. It made such a difference knowing we didn’t have to worry about a thing since they had it all under control. Because of them, we were truly able to be present and enjoy every moment of our wedding.
