We provide a unique, elevated experience for weddings and celebrations nationwide. Based in Florida and originally from Texas, we travel full-time to bring our service to couples and their guests across the country, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations.

With experience serving weddings across the country, we understand that every couple and celebration is different. We’ve worked with diverse cultures, faiths, denominations, and wedding sizes, allowing us to adapt seamlessly to each event. Our nationwide travel, personalized service, and focus on creating a fun, memorable guest experience set us apart.

    Absolutely LOVED Southern Embers!

    Working with Southern Embers Events was truly a game-changer for our wedding day. Erin Ashley was incredibly quick to respond to our questions and made the entire planning process feel manageable, even when things got stressful. When weather forced us to pivot last minute, she stayed calm and found creative solutions that kept our day on track. She worked seamlessly with our vendors and handled every detail with such care that we were able to actually enjoy ourselves instead of worrying about logistics. From start to finish, Erin went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We honestly don't know what we would have done without her, and we can't recommend Southern Embers enough! I’d give her more than 5 stars!
