He then creates amazing mixes with the songs and knows how to keep the party going. When the time came for my wedding day, (we DIY'D everything) so naturally we ran entirely behind schedule! That's when my DJ Mike SAVED the day along with my photographer and they basically took the coordination of placing the guests in and out of the appropriate rooms and they even helped me make a candle light outdoor ceremony look even better. Mike was exceptional, he confirmed that all the songs that were specifically requested for the ceremony and introductions were played and he went over them with me to make sure that he had them correct AND HE DID! There were a few minor hiccups during the ceremony and reception (that were not caused by him), but he was able to be quick on his feet and keep the wedding flowing. The photo booth package he has available is a MUST! Guests were raving about the printouts and the quality of the photos! Attached is an example of what the printouts look like. These also can be sent to your phone and will be emailed to you the next day. We were beyond happy to with the energy, music selections, effort, and work Ryan put out for our wedding! “Booking Carinvalè for our wedding was the absolute BEST decision we could have ever made!! Our venue had recommended BVTLive if we were interested in booking a band, so we watched one of their live showcases streamed live on YouTube. My husband and I enjoyed all of the bands that played, but one really stuck out to us, Carnivalè! We booked Carnivalè without even seeing them in person, that’s how good they are! When we did attend a showcase in person a few weeks later, they exceeded our expectations and we started counting down the days until they would play at our wedding! Working with Nils to lay out all of our options was amazing! He is the sweet person you’ll ever meet and so on top of things! Leading up to the wedding we worked closely with our band leader, El, to choose songs and create a timeline for our wedding. El and Carnivalè have played at tons of events and weddings and were super organized and easy going! Fast forward to our wedding night, El and the band were absolutely INCREDIBLE!! They catered to all ages at our wedding and made it a night to remember! I really can’t put into words how much fun everyone had and how amazing the band sounded the entire night! Big weddings, small weddings, outdoor ceremonies in gracious gardens, intimate funky venues, you name it, I've done them all. But don't get me wrong, no matter how many weddings are in my future, never ever will it be a matter of being there, done that. No matter how many weddings I do, all my energy goes into each. For those precious few hours I am more than just a wedding dj in the Tri state area, I'm proud to say I am part of countless couple's lives.

“The communication with Prime 1 Productions could have been better leading up to the wedding. While they did a decent job overall with the music and entertainment, they could have done a better job reading the vibe of the room and playing more of a variety of songs that got everyone dancing. The person I booked with was not the one who actually came to our wedding, which was a bit of a surprise. However, the DJ who did come was very nice and tried his best, even though he messed up the intro to our first dance a bit. Overall, Prime 1 Productions provided a serviceable performance, but I wish they had been a bit more in tune with the energy and preferences of our guests.”
