Jerry and his crew made out wedding day incredible! They helped run the whole day, they got the guests seated, kept everything on schedule, and ensured that Ben and I didn't have to worry about anything. When our flowergirl got stage-fright right before walking down the aisle, Jerry swooped in to save the day and helped her find her mom. We initially didn't plan to do a grand entrance into the reception, but Jerry and the DJ (Megan from Music that Moves) made one happen last-minute so our flower girl could have a second shot ar throwing her petals. You're not just getting a venue at Parkway, you're getting a whole team who will make your event run smoothly. If we ever do a vow renewal or anniversary party, we will be back!

We are so grateful to Bay Pointe (especially Ashley, Juno, and Lauren) for helping us host a spectacular event. We had our event at the Bay Pointe Pavilion and it was so lovely. We had a gorgeous evening and the weather was perfect. The grounds were beautiful with early June flowers blooming. Bay Pointe also had added more ceremony space flowers which really made it look even better. The food was great and everyone loved our drink menu. Overall, Bay Pointe made everything so easy that day because of how comprehensive the services they offer are. Everyone commented to us that we had the most peaceful, stress-free wedding they had been to in a long time. Even for myself as the bride/wedding planner, I felt like everything was handled and I could actually relax and enjoy the day.

Our wedding at Meyer’s Castle in Dyer, Indiana on October 24, 2025 was absolutely perfect, and a huge part of that was thanks to Eva Demoff, our incredible wedding coordinator. I truly cannot sing her praises high enough. From the moment I arrived that morning to the very last minute of the night, Eva was by my side whenever I needed her. I had the bridal suite rented for the day, and she was there first thing to greet me with a smile and then stayed all the way until the end helping us pack everything up. She easily spent 16 hours making sure every detail was handled so my husband and I did not have to stress for a single second. Eva is the perfect mix of fun, kind and refreshingly candid. She told me exactly what to expect throughout the day so there were no surprises, no confusion and zero stress. She kept everything running smoothly without ever feeling overbearing or rushed. One moment that really shows who she is: during our bridal luncheon, we realized I had miscounted the number of sandwiches we needed. Without hesitation, Eva shared her own lunch and gave half to my stepmom. It is such a small but meaningful example of how thoughtful and generous she is. Eva went above and beyond in every possible way. She cared about our wedding as if it were her own, and we felt completely supported from start to finish. If you are getting married at Meyer’s Castle or anywhere Eva works, you will be incredibly lucky to have her on your team. She made our day magical. Thank you, Eva. You are truly exceptional.

Garden Manor - Crystal Garden Room was an absolute dream to work with for Jennifer & Kevin's wedding. Their communication was always organized and prompt, and the quality of their work was superb. The huge, open concept space was gorgeous, and the food they provided was delicious. The manager and team members were incredibly friendly and easy to work with, going above and beyond to ensure my couple's wedding day ran smoothly. As a wedding coordinator, I can confidently say that Garden Manor made my job much easier with their attentive service and beautiful venue.

We were looking for a place we could host both the ceremony and reception that felt unique and matched our vibe. Wildman BT delivered that and more! Michelle and Annie were both wonderful to work with and were so helpful to us as we were planning our wedding from states away. They answered all of our questions, helped us identify vendors, and were just the sweetest people. If I was planning another event in Chicago, they would be the first place I would call. The space was absolutely beautiful and offered so many unique amenities including the projection wall which we used for our seating chart and to display our new last names throughout the night, the mobile bar called Honey with self-serve drinks, and the most beautiful bathrooms I have ever been in. It was clear that a ton of thought went into the setup of this versatile space from the gorgeous bridal suite to the amazing AV system and more. We could not recommend Wildman BT enough!

We had our rehersal dinner at Segnatore last week. We rented out the space for two and a half hours and had 21 guests (three of which were children). They were so great and thorough in their communication, and we were more than accomodated. My MIL has a gluten allergy, and they made sure she was included in every course. She told us afterward that she has never been so taken care of by a restaurant. I also found out the day before that my BFF was expecting, and they had N/A bubbles and mocktails for her so she could be involved in all of the toasts. HIGHLY recommend Segnatore for your private event needs!

The Stan Mansion was a beautiful venue to have a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Cera, the owner of the mansion will give you a list of vendors that work weddings at the mansion all the time together so you can trust that you are in good hands and that the vendors that you choose will know their space and know what they are doing. The bridal suite was extra fun to get ready in! It also gave you a nice space to take a quiet break, if needed. Cera and Kathy were welcomed us to come see the venue as many times as we needed. The mansion is beautiful and you will have a beautiful event there.

We wanted our wedding to feel fun, relaxed, and centered around amazing food—and BiXi Beer was the perfect fit. The upstairs atrium gave us a beautiful indoor/outdoor space for our ceremony and the cocktail-style dinner we had for our 98 guests made it feel like a laid-back party with delicious food and amazing drinks at every turn. Our guests loved the food—many went back for seconds, thirds, even fourths—and we’ve heard nothing but rave reviews since. The cocktails were fantastic (special shoutout to the last-minute espresso martinis!) and the house beer, of course, was a hit. We also loved that they offered late-night bite options. We also love that BiXi is a real restaurant—so that we and our guests can go back and relive the flavors anytime. And the location in Logan Square made it easy to keep the celebration going afterward at nearby spots like The Owl and Federales. Big thanks to Jordan, the event coordinator, who made the whole planning process so easy and enjoyable. BiXi truly helped us create a night we’ll never forget and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

LouLou rocks. We love Lula Cafe so no surprise LouLou was perfect. Everyone we worked with was so generous with the time they gave us to answer our questions or do walk throughs (it honestly felt like we had a wedding planner in their coordinator). The space itself is cozy, intimate and chic, and the staff was so genuinely kind on our wedding day. The food was out of control - had no business being so good. If you're looking for a venue, this is your sign. 10 out of 10 no notes.

When you think of stunning, elegant, calm, and beautiful - you can think of the Fairlie. We had our wedding here in mid-October of 2025 and it was nothing but spectacular. Both the bridal and groom suite were spacious and held more than enough room for everyone. The bridal sweet has excellent vanity stations and lighting, so hair and makeup can definitely be done here if preferred. We loved how much exposed brink was in the building, with very large windows which made the room seem intimate and elegant. The venue is gorgeous on it's own, so it doesn't need a ton of decorations if that is your preference. The stair case adds a special touch to any of the entrances throughout the day/night. There is a tuktuk you can utilize for your reception entrance or be used as a decorative piece - we rode into our reception this way and our guests called it "iconic." Also, the main entrance can open big enough so a food truck can drive into the venue - we did this and it was a huge hit with our guests. The staff were very responsive and accommodating - they helped personalize the venue and fulfilled our requests. There is a BYOB option, which is a huge plus in our opinion. My wife and I will always tell this story, but we knew right away that this would be the place we would get married. The Fairlie was the first venue that we saw, and as we were getting our tour, the tour guide walked right into the open space and said "and this is where you will be getting married". We both got chills, looked at each other, and thought, this is it. So, needless to say, thank you Fairlie for being such gracious hosts. 10/10!!! If we could get married 10 times over again, we would be at Walden 10 times more. Walden was the most perfect wedding venue from start to finish. The main thing that we were looking for in a venue was an all inclusive vibe that would allow for as little planning and stress as possible, as neither of us were really into the whole wedding planning thing. Walden was just that. The wedding planners that you work with from the beginning, make it so easy to stay on track. the app that they use was super helpful to make sure that everything was organized and things are done according to the best timeline. We never once felt stressed out about the whole wedding planning process and that really says a lot about Walden and how great they are. Big shout out to Krystle and Alyssa for making the process so seamless and making sure we were supported. The other important piece of criteria that we wanted was on site catering so that our guests would have the best experience from a food perspective. The food was phenomenal! Our guests raved about how great it was, saying it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The bar was the best wedding bar I’ve ever seen. The drink selection was on point, with amazing cocktails and the bar staff was incredible. A huge shout out to bartender Amy, who made sure that both of us had drinks in our hand the entire night! Walden is so thoughtful in their entire approach from making sure you are taken care of months before the wedding, to the day of the wedding, giving you space to have a cocktail, appetizer, and a breather before the party starts! We are obsessed with this venue and we really hope that one day we get invited back to someone else’s wedding there so we can relive the wonderful experience that we had!

Golden Years Chicago was the perfect venue for the welcome party on our wedding weekend. My husband and I were fortunate enough to have our wedding reception at The Carter in June. From the moment we first toured The Carter up until a few days after our wedding, Chris (owner/operator) and the rest of The Carter staff went above and beyond for us. Chris was super responsive, so easy to work with, and created such an amazing vision for our day. Chris knows what is important to wedding guests and makes sure to prioritize those things - short lines for the bar, guests having a drink in their hand, food served quickly, etc. Everything about the space is perfect, the bridal suite is huge and has so much natural light. I got ready in the morning in the bridal suite and had 10 bridesmaids, my mom, 2 hair stylists, and 2 makeup artists in the space and there was plenty of room for all of us. Our hair stylists, makeup artists, and my bridesmaids raved about the bridal suite - definitely a huge perk of The Carter! The patio space is perfect for cocktail hour, I loved having that outdoor feature and so did our guests. The entrance/welcome space is stunning and such a great way to welcome guests into the space. The main reception area is so beautiful and has so much character with the brick walls and chandeliers that you need minimal decorations/florals which was a huge draw for me. The dance floor is big and fit our band along with all our guests. We were very fortunate to have a perfect 70 degree day so the garage doors were open throughout the entire cocktail hour and reception which was amazing. Literally, every single guest of ours raved about the space. I could go on and on about how amazing it is!! There is also parking easily available which is very rare for wedding venues in the city. We were also surprised the day of our wedding when they let us up onto the roof to get some fun golden hour shots. We had no idea they had roof space that was accessible for that type of pictures! I can't say enough about the staff at The Carter. I already mentioned how great Chris is. Stefan was a newer addition to The Carter staff and we were fortunate to work with him in the last week leading up to our wedding. He was there to let us drop off stuff a few days prior to the wedding and he had everything organized for us. The day of the wedding, Stefan was making sure our drinks for the bridal suite were on ice, he made sure trash was cleaned up, and would continually check on us to see if we needed anything. He told me, "you're not lifting a finger today" and me and my bridesmaids were so appreciative of everything he did for us. At the cocktail hour and reception, the servers and bartenders were great. Food came out quickly and there were no issues. Stefan was even sweet enough to let us leave some stuff after the reception and my friend came by to get the rest of it on Monday. Moral of the story is The Carter is hands down the best and really wants to make your wedding day perfect for you. Our day was literally perfection and we have The Carter to thank for that!
