“Jessica was truly amazing to work with for our wedding day. From the very first time we spoke, Jessica had a sweet and attentive communication style that immediately put us at ease. I remember after our first virtual meeting her even sending a little thank you gift for meeting with her. And she was so kind, she asked so many questions and seemed genuinely interested about us as a couple and about our dogs! I spoke with some other photographers who seemed to care less about us as people. Which is ultimately why we went with Jessica to begin with, she was just so nice and her pictures were amazing to top it all off. Her passion for her craft was evident in the beautiful, high-quality photos she captured. Also her photo package names were so great (THE STAR WARS - "I LOVE YOU, I KNOW”)! For our engagement shoot we suffered through some of the hottest, awful, sticky, July weather and she was positive the entire time, managed to get amazing shots and deal with our crazy dogs! Before the wedding, Jessica was always easily reachable, and very on the ball. And will always be your biggest cheerleader, anytime I posted anything on Instagram, Jessica would be there celebrating, she is truly a delightful and genuine person! And I think her run through of the wedding day was the first one I got and it was perfect! And she went to the venue a week before the wedding to scope out the absolute perfect spots to take photos! On the day of the wedding, Jessica was able to calmly get every picture perfect, meanwhile making silly dad jokes to help us feel more relaxed in front of the camera. She was amazing at trying to calm down our crying moms, and giving us some moments just to ourselves, listening to literally everything we said, and always making sure we were okay, all while getting amazing shots! And all of our guests loved her! We had people reaching out during and after the wedding to tell us how wonderful Jessica was. Everyone was obsessed with her, both of our mom, my sister, my bridesmaids, even the best man kept talking about how great she was, how amazing everything went, and how nice she was with everything! Meanwhile I am sure it was like trying to her cats to get some of the photos together, especially when we both wanted huge extended family photos, but she was positive and amazing through it all! Jessica went above and beyond on our special day, making sure everything was perfect. I am sure I even missing some of the little touches she added to our wedding. Their style of photography is truly breathtaking. Erica & Amanda are truly such creative, talented, and all around wonderful humans! They say that picking a wedding photographer is the most important vendor for your big day - since you'll be spending so much time around them. I knew immediately from our engagement shoot with Erica that she was the one to capture our moment. Erica & Amanda are really such pros, too - they were so quick to direct everyone to pose in the most easy-to-understand ways to get SO many pictures in such a short period of time. I think one of the best things I can say about Kathryn is that she really made a point of figuring out HOW we wanted her to photograph the wedding and delivered. As I wrote above, we wanted the photographs to look great, but mostly just capture how the wedding felt and she delivered on that 100%.
