There were so many details that we had not considered, like doing a "farewell dance" towards the end of the night. They also offered perspectives that we had not considered, like the benefits of doing wedding party introductions since we had not done programs. Because there is a team of DJs and they take incredible notes, it also means that there is a seamless transition in case of any emergencies. “What a great experience! Ahead of our wedding, Sandro was very professional, direct, and easy to work with. His song catalog was expansive, which allowed us to select music across a range of genres and artists to perfectly suit both our Ceremony and Happy Hour. We provided our song selections along with specific directions for entrances and exits during the Ceremony, all of which were executed flawlessly. Sandro’s performance was excellent and set the perfect ambiance for the entire event. Sandro’s electric violin performance was ideal for our outdoor November wedding ceremony (acoustic instruments can be sensitive to cold temperatures, and many performers have restrictions because of this). The sound quality was amazing, and the fact that he was entirely self-sufficient with his equipment meant there were zero complications coordinating with our DJ or other vendors. I would highly recommend working with Sandro—he was a true professional and a fantastic addition to our wedding day.”

We chose a hip hop theme he nailed it (classy but also super fun and energetic). My only regret is that we were so busy that we didn't get to stop and truly appreciate it as much as we should have. “We hired a violinist-cellist duo to provide live music for our wedding ceremony. We had an outdoor ceremony in April and wanted to include live musicians to add a wholesomely romantic element to our ceremony that we didn’t feel music from a speaker would provide. The musicians were talented and played very well. They had a large repertoire of music for us to choose from that made it easy to curate a list of songs we really enjoyed to be played while our guests were arriving and during our processional/recessional walks. Jaclyn Duncan Music made it very easy for us to add this element to our wedding, and the rate was very reasonable as compared to other live musicians we looked into. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to add that extra special touch to your ceremony with ease.”

“We could rave about DJ Thrilla all day long, but in the words of our wedding guests: “Best dance floor we’ve seen in a long time!” It’s been weeks since our wedding and our guests can’t stop talking about how great the music was. Arthur did a great job with the ceremony and cocktail hour, and managed a tricky parent dance section (multiple sets of parents & timing!) We requested a Taylor Swift mashup and he exceeded expectations and made it the highlight of our night. The dance floor was always packed, and Arthur did a great job of taking into account our requests while playing music everyone would enjoy. We opted to use uplighting as well, which looked beautiful during dinner (we chose a warm lighting) and was so fun for the dance floor with flashing lights. By the end of the night, he even had guests asking him to travel to Texas to DJ their wedding! Booking DJ Thrilla was one of the best vendor decisions we made for our wedding and we could not recommend him more!”
