Hello everyone, my name is Terence and I am the owner of Nepita! I have always been passionate about sharing a culinary moment with strangers. Being trained and having worked in Michelin starred restaurants, I learned how to make all sorts of frozen confections. That shaped me in creating Nepita, an artisan ice cream pop up shop offering flavors inspired by the Mediterranean!

Milk Bar is a sweet (and occasionally savory) shop that’s been turning familiar treats upside down and on their heads, shaking up the dessert scene since 2008. Bon Appetit magazine called us “one of the most exciting bakeries in the country.” But you can literally just call us Milk Bar. We’re not big on feeding the hype beast. But we’re super into feeding our flavorful treats to those who crave the unexpected.

SnoScoops came out of a need for a refreshing yet delish dessert that met my dietary needs. In 2024, I went on the Paleo diet as part of the 75 Hard, and found it difficult to find a dessert that was sugar free, dairy free and oat free so I made my own. Tipsy scoop blends the magic of an artisanal, hand-crafted ice cream with the mastery of a perfectly mixed cocktail. My great, great, great grandfather, Achille, moved from his small mountaintop town of Picinisco, Italy to Glasgow, Scotland. He made ice cream at home and sold it from a pushcart as he walked the city streets. Eventually he opened his own ice cream shop and brought his sons into the business.

Growing up in Brazil, Brigadeiros were part of every memorable celebration, typically sharing it with those we love and care about. Minnie’s Bake Shop was started by Cathy Cook, who, for close to two decades, worked as a prop stylist on photo shoots for magazines, advertising and cookbooks. Her specialties included food, still life and interiors. After years of creating beautiful tablescapes for hundreds of cakes, scores of Thanksgiving pies and too-numerous-to-count Christmas cookies, Cathy decided to fulfill her lifelong desire to attend pastry school. So, while still working full-time, she enrolled in the Professional Pastry Program at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York.

Her flowered masterpieces are hand painted with a palette knife and her choice of icing is creamy buttercream instead of the usual hard sugar fondant impossible to eat. Inspired by the Art Décor era and mid-century design, her magnificent next level cakes are in the theme of beautiful flowers and are inspired by a bride’s floral bouquet. Hi, I'm Lilli, a British/Danish baker based in NY. I left a career in design consulting because I was bursting with ideas for truly unique cakes that tell personal stories.
