Wild Flour Bakery was founded in 2016 by Chef and Owner Gina Spinelli, beginning in a tiny apartment in Spanish Harlem. What started as a passion for creating beautiful wedding cakes has grown into a New York bakery known for thoughtful design, refined craftsmanship, and unforgettable flavor.

At our core, we remain a wedding cake studio, creating custom cakes for couples who value artistry and intention. Over time, our work has expanded to include corporate and private catering, as well as a live café, where we serve our community daily.

    Great coffee and their Nutella croissant is amazing. It was a nice outdoor seating as well

    The Nutella croissants were very good, and their horchata on their summer special menu was extremely good. Very personable service and friendly atmosphere, too.

    We are so lucky to have WildFlour in the neighbourhood!! Best pastries (rare in the US) and the breakfast burritos!!! Yummmm Not to mention the most beautiful, personalized cakes— I always get my birthday cakes from here for every party!!
