Gatherings Floral Design

We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services within a 50 mile radius of NYC. We have a $1,000 minimum for floral delivery (and $3,000 minimum for pickup). Since many weddings require a professional set up, our fee is 10-14% of the flower total. This is usually between 15-20% if room transition or clean up is requested.

We typically meet with couples about 6 to 8 months before their big day. It's helpful to have some of the parameters of your wedding- the venue, how many guests you'll be inviting- to provide a scope for your florals. If it's a smaller wedding, (100 guests or under,) we can coordinate 2 months prior to the wedding.

Yes! After the contract is signed, we provide one mockup, typically a table centerpiece. We prefer to create this between 30 and 60 days before the wedding to take into account seasonal flowers and time to make adjustments before the final proposal and vendor commitments are due.

Yes! We offer a variety of rentals for an additional cost from aisle runners to candelabras, arches, candles, mirrors, and more. Get in touch to see our full list.
