We provide access to the Barn for the reception, the garden for the ceremony, the birch grove for the cocktail hour and dressing areas in the Pruyn House and the Verdoy Schoolhouse. Tables and chairs are included. All else must be provided through rental services and catering. We have one security person who will be on site throughout your event. The Ruins at Sassafras Museum is the home of the former Shaker Second Family settlement, one of five Shaker settlements in The Mount Lebanon Shaker Village in New Lebanon, New York. We call ourselves a boutique museum because unlike other Shaker Museums that replicate the past, we have interpreted the past and creatively restored each location on the property. Elmartin Farm derives its name from the initials and last name of Everett Lawrence Martin, Sr, father to Everett Lawrence Martin Jr., known as "Gus," who with his wife, Dodi are the current owners of the farm. Presently, sons, Kim and Shawn, operate and manage the farm. They are the 8th generation of ancestral Martins who began farming in Cheshire, MA in 1790. By the late 1950s, Elmartin Farm had become a major dairy farm in the Northern Berkshire County. Its herd grew to 80 milkers and 80 head of youngstock. Together, the herd filled the new barn which had been completed in 1952. The barn, with the addition of a milking parlor, remains the focal point of Elmartin Farm.

Located in Callicoon, New York, The Barn on Hubbard is a rustic and charming wedding venue. This fully restored 19th-century barn is ideal for couples who want a vintage wedding with all the modern amenities required for remarkable celebrations. The barn was originally built in the 1800s by the Gabel family from Germany. Dairy farmers by trade, this barn was the family's home and livelihood for many generations. Surrounded by picturesque meadows and the Catskill Mountains, the barn is now a desirable wedding site for those dreaming of a naturalistic festivity.

The West Mountain Inn was originally built as a farmhouse in 1809. From 1880 to 1920, first a gristmill and then a lumber mill were operated on the Battenkill River at the foot of the mountain. In 1904 Ned and Gwendolyn Rochester purchased the 150 acre farm and began to transform it into an elegant summer estate. After a succession of other residents the estate later became an arts and retreat center.

The grounds of The Promise Gardens contain a cluster of rustic and charming barns, a babbling brook, and breathtaking mountain views. When viewing the property for the first time you can see why the original owners chose this spot to build their lives. The authenticity of these structures has been painstakingly maintained and guarded since 1965. Located in the heart of The Adirondacks, and so close to Lake George, The Promise Gardens is an ideal location for wedding weekends on the lake. The Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame is housed in a magnificent Tudor-style stable, built in 1913. The unique setting of this historic site is beautiful, elegant and comfortable with an atmosphere to suit all tastes. It is the perfect place to plan your Wedding Ceremony and/or Reception. The museum is located in the historic downtown Goshen, New York. Its elegant and timeless Haughton Hall can accommodate up to 125 guests.
