Room blocks are offered and based on availability and venue location. Historic Hudson Valley Lodge
Bear Mountain Inn was the only venue we toured and booked it immediately for our wedding September 2025. Many reasons made us confident in booking BMI, which includes the sentimental value for us and our guests, the stunning Bear Mountain State Park, the gorgeous Lodge. What really sealed the deal was meeting our amazing coordinator Tracey. I'd like to highlight how incredibly passionate and kind Tracey is as a person. She was super reliable for us to reach and transparent in communications. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and honestly miss her presence in our lives. I would visit BMI from time to time prior to the wedding and run into Tracey on the grounds, she would always pause to talk to me and catch up. The day of the Wedding, Tracey was on point! She handled the day so well, we didn't even need a day of coordinator! I don't know how she does it all, but I am eternally grateful she was there through it all for us. Now I would like to move onto the BMI itself! Our rehearsal dinner was in the Merry Go Round, I mean it was such a great way to kick off our Wedding Weekend. So magical and pretty. Also guests got to ride the Merry Go Round, which was a top tier memory of ours. We got married in the Perkins Ballroom & Harriman Ballroom in the Main Lodge. The space is so unique. I would tip upcoming couples to consider lighting options because it really does transform the space into anything you desire. Now the food, one word incredible. Highly suggest visiting their restaurant 1915, the chef and team cater the wedding. I could not be happier with how well it all turned out!

From the moment my husband and I first reached out to the team at Bear Mountain Inn, we were impressed by their attentive and professional communication style. They were always quick to respond to our questions and helped us feel at ease throughout the entire planning process. On the day of our wedding, the staff maintained a relaxed and calming presence, allowing us to fully enjoy the celebration. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and with the guidance of their coordinator Tracy, we were able to transform the space into the wedding of our dreams. We were blown away by the quality of their work, which far exceeded our expectations, especially considering the amazing value they provided. The team even let us get into the venue the day before to set everything up. It was truly the wedding we had envisioned, and we are so grateful to the Bear Mountain Inn for helping make it a reality.
